The location is perfect.

In the bathroom and room very strong cigarette smell, that made our stay not very pleased.

The staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful. They speak English. The location is good. I could walk to the Grand Mall, Bus Terminal, Sea Park, beaches and back. There are mini marts and good restaurants eg Turkish, local and etc. The Cathedral was a 10-minute walk for me.

Nothing bad. I think this is a very good hotel for the price I paid.

Good location as it is quick to get to the city centre, the beach. Friendly staff. Room was cleaned on a daily basis. Air conditioning in such a heat was a life savior :D Also a TV with number of different channels.

Matress felt a little worn out. And if room had a kettle and a fridge it would've been amazing. Also, I struggled a little to find a socket to charge my phone as it was under the table.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful The studio room was big and had a nice seating area. Good value for money. Comfortable bed.

Unfortunately the studio room has lots of low ceiling areas which we kept banging our heads on. Also there was a very noisy machine above us on the roof which kept us awake.

Great hotel for a very good price, very well located, 3 minutes from the train station, and very near to the Varna port recreation area, and the beach. Quiet, super clean, and peaceful. The entire staff is very professional, super friendly, and always willing to help. Highly recommended. Thank you!

The staff was excellent there they help me to all the Roman ruins, and when I need a plane ticket and when I needed a plane ticket I’ll see you twice. They got it for me and printed boarding pass and let me stay an extra two hours. excellent, hotel excellent hotel.

Nothing all three staff were great giving directions telling you short ways to your destination, overall making you feel really welcome

The staff was very nice and welcoming, my preferences for balcony and bed type were met, it was quiet and relaxing. Been there for 2 nights and they had changed the towels after the first one. I've had a good stay and I would come back again.

The bed was really close to the side walls, and it was a bit uncomfortable getting into bed. Did not find power outlets near the bed to charge my phone overnight. May be a good idea some day to change the bathroom mirror as it was gone bad by the frame.

Great value for a central location, on a summer weekend. Spacious room, well-equipped bathroom.

A couple pieces of furniture (beds, chair) might need a touch up (everything was clean! just a little worn out)

The hotel's location is good. It is ideal for a one night stay.

Even though I stated that it was very important to me, no space was allocated in the parking place. There is only one socket in the room, and it is in a hard-to-reach place.

Acces to the street is a bit problematic as there is a narrow entrance and lot of traffic going on. Parking can also be problematic as you arrive late all the parking spaces will be taken and the street only has space for a few cars. In general the hotel quiet and clean and the staff were very friendly. If you book, be sure to get there early so you don't have a problem with parking
