The hotel is excellent. Elevator for all floors, the room is what you would expect from a hotel, with a comfortable bed and a comfortable armchair. the AC is working well and there is a fridge. It is more that what I was expecting by just looking at the pictures. Very well located, Walking distance from pedestrian area and shopping places.

There is no parking you can reserve from the hotel

Loved the hotel. Perfect for the 3 of us. The guy (not sure if he was the owner / manager or receptionist) was really helpful. His English is fantastic which made our trip that little bit easier as he helped translate the train times, gave advice for car rental. Could not fault him.

Nothing. Everything was as expected

The room was clean, fridge worked well, the bed was fine (except the pillows). The receptionist was friendly and polite. The location is good, a five minute walk from the cathedral. Check in and check out were easy. Overall good value for the price.

Pillow was too hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was very small, there is a shower curtain but you shower directly on the floor. I've seen a similar setup in other accomodations in this price range, it was functional and clean and ok for this price.

The staff was very polite, the location is very close to the city center and the room felt comfortable. Inside it was very clean and the balcony had a good view. I was surprised to see that there were many channels on the TV, there is something for every taste. The wi-fi speed was great, but in the evening it got slower, since more people were using it at once. Security at the facility is also good.

Basic, simple, warm and family. The owner is very nice. The air conditioner was excellent. We arrived late at night and checked in independently, the instructions we received were simple and accurate so there were no problems.

Good Location. Pretty new and well equipment interior. Big terrace.

Galley faucet require repair. Permanent light sewage stinks in the apartment (open windows helps for this). Building common spaces lack of ventilation.

Easy check in and out, two key cards for triple room, good location. Friendly receptionist. Hotel is clean and well maintained, the room was spacious and clean. Toiletries provided.

I am stayed already twice because travelling often from Varna airport. The location is great, helpful staff, hotel is very basic, yet good value for the money. I would book it again

Fair price, old fashioned , but it has everything that you may need for a quick shower and sleep before a flight
