Thank you to the friendly staff of the hotel. The hotel is not very big. It is clean. A nice place to stay with the family in the center of Varna. It is in a communicative place close to all the attractions of Varna. There is a possibility of convenient transport to any point in Varna and the destinations around it.

The hotel is excellent. Elevator for all floors, the room is what you would expect from a hotel, with a comfortable bed and a comfortable armchair. the AC is working well and there is a fridge. It is more that what I was expecting by just looking at the pictures. Very well located, Walking distance from pedestrian area and shopping places.

There is no parking you can reserve from the hotel

quite close to the central area and the beach 20 min, elevator, easy access, public parking (paid) nearby, AC.

We were a group of 3 families on our way to Greece, our rooms on the penultimate floor were ok but the attic room was very hot, close to the boulevard and noisy at night, lack of lights in the stairwell.

Loved the hotel. Perfect for the 3 of us. The guy (not sure if he was the owner / manager or receptionist) was really helpful. His English is fantastic which made our trip that little bit easier as he helped translate the train times, gave advice for car rental. Could not fault him.

Nothing. Everything was as expected

The room was clean, fridge worked well, the bed was fine (except the pillows). The receptionist was friendly and polite. The location is good, a five minute walk from the cathedral. Check in and check out were easy. Overall good value for the price.

Pillow was too hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was very small, there is a shower curtain but you shower directly on the floor. I've seen a similar setup in other accomodations in this price range, it was functional and clean and ok for this price.

The staff was really understanding and kind. There is air-conditioning. The hotel is in a great spot. The price is great comparing it with other hotels around.

The floor was a little dirty (not too much). The vent in the bathroom seems to not be working.

The staff was very polite, the location is very close to the city center and the room felt comfortable. Inside it was very clean and the balcony had a good view. I was surprised to see that there were many channels on the TV, there is something for every taste. The wi-fi speed was great, but in the evening it got slower, since more people were using it at once. Security at the facility is also good.

The man working at the reception is friendly and speaks very good English. The hotel is clean and well located, you get what you pay for.

No place to charge my phone and laptop, because no American standard outlets, neither USB ports. At the weekend there is no staff at the reception

Basic, simple, warm and family. The owner is very nice. The air conditioner was excellent. We arrived late at night and checked in independently, the instructions we received were simple and accurate so there were no problems.
