Hotel Victoria in Varna offers a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant check-in / check-out experience. My room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Considering the quality of the accommodations and the prime location, the price was very reasonable.

The stairs at the entrance 5 stairs to climb toi get in and to get out ,,suffering of arthrosis onto thé hips It was a Real trouble they proposed me another hôtel without stairs : it was lovely and touching

Good attitude and personal service.Hotel is located close to the center with the main market across the street. In the neigbourhood you had all kinds of shops,catering to every need.

The hotel was OK. The budgeted rooms underground are a bit overpriced. Otherwise they were clean and facilities were OK. Pillows were thin and the mattress not the proper size to suit the bed. But it was calm and somehow comfortable. Bathroom was extremely clean. They offered to change towels and toilet paper on the second day which was very impressing. The location is good.

Everything was great starting from convenient location to 24h reception. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious room for two of us. The girls on the reception proved to be highly helpful within my requests and were always in touch.

The only thing I missed was an electric kettle in the room. That's all ;)

The staff are very friendly and helpful, my room was ready when I arrived at 12.45, they emailed to ask my arrival time. The price was a good price and the room was great value for money, nice and clean and nice and warm with clean bed. Great value for money.

For the money I paid, its perfectly acceptable. Its 12 minutes walk to the centre, or a short bus ride to the centre.

The room was large the bed was big and comfortable, the room was very modern with a nice bathroom with a nice hot shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was a very good place for a very good price :) we liked everything, definitely recommend for short stays. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to everything. The bathroom is clean and renovated. All was good. Thank you!

It was a simple no thrills hotel. Just like the pictures. We needed a place to sleep and shower before our early am flight.

It could do with a bit of a revamp but then so could most of the hotels in Varna.
