The location is excellent. The selection of food and drinks was good. Staff members are great!

Absence of safe in the room (although available at the reception for the rate star of the hotel is expected that safe will be in the room). Unavailability of espresso coffee throughout the day (standard espresso from ground coffee was only available at breakfast hours, and the remaining time only Nescafé from machine that is different then standard espresso). Unavailable coffee machines in the room. Not dedicated selection for people on low sugar and low fat diet, although there was something to find, recommend to consider such sections at the buffets.

The staff is very kind, the cleanliness is done properly and the hotel is well located to the points of interest, right in the center of the resort, near the promenade street. There are many restaurants and entertainment places nearby, the beach is a 2-minutes walk and the sea can be seen only from the upper floors. The food is better than many other hotels in Albena, but it`s somewhat repetitive.

The hotel is overrated, the rooms are medium size and, honestly, I could give it no more than 3 stars. It would be a good choice for 3-4 days accommodation, considering the good price-quality ratio.

Clean property, 2min walk to the beach.. friendly and helpful staff. Great variety of Delicious traditional Bulgarian food along with lots of fresh salads, fruits and grilled meat and fish each meal. Each room had air conditioning. We were 2 adults and 1 child and had 2 single beds and one single pull out bed which suited us perfectly. Highly recommend!

Everything was so nice the property , the staff and management especially the Complex Manager Petya Dimitrova, definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Albena !

Good and clean rooms. All Inclusive OK, good food. Kind staff. Good location, near the large and clean beach with many sun loungers with umbrellas.

Otherwise it was a nice vacation!

The furniture is older and has a specific smell. Parking near the hotel is hard to find and expensive.

I bought the holiday 3-4 in advance and requested double bed. Days before the stay, I received info that they cannot commit on the double bed request.

+ really kind, nice, helpfull staff. Thank you for your help and voluntar availability! + nice room, suitable for families of 3-4; We've enjoyed a 4th floor room with nice sea view; + nice pool; + free access to the hotel sea beach, included seabed and sun umbrella. We've missed the availabilty of blankets for beach beds; + nice restaurant with terace and suitable, diverse offers;

- cov-19 security messure should be improved - imposed in the free swidish style restaurant; I've seen you comply to the general standard in Albena, unfortunately that is not enough for actual sanitary situation; - availabilty of blankets for beach beds would improve the confort.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely amiable and helpfull. The food was very tasty and with a lot of varieties. The room was kept very clean. Is was cleaned every day. Clean towels every day.

The toilets from the comun spaces could had been cleaner, but this could be the blaime of the tourists.

The food was excellent, we were very pleased of the facilities and the staff was very helpful.
