The staff were all cheerful and friendly including the cleaning ladies. I personally would like to thank Boris who was a brilliant and enthusiastic ambassador for the Hotel. Knowledgeable warm friendly and an excellent communicator. I very much enjoyed my conversations with him when partaking of a Zagorka Beer in the evening. The car park was brilliant as parking in Varna with its Blue Zone is a pain. The Hotel is perfectly situated close to Beach, Station, Opera Roman Baths as well shops Restaurants and all you are likely to need clise by within walking distance. Hotel was kept perfectly clean throughout and daily room servicing was excellent, thank you. The decor furnishings and ambience was very nice and the Hotel looked great illuminated at night. Breakfast was taken daily and was always fresh and cooked ready for my required time. I had the English Breakfast but another 3 options are available. Having stayed in many Bulgarian Hotels in the 21 years that I have owned properties in the Country thus is as good as they come, mainly helped by the enthusiastic and warm approach if the staff, Boris Danni and my apologies but the remaining reception make member whose name I did not know. As other guests have commented a nice touch was the welcome gateux , fruit and snacks. Much appreciated. Very happy with my stay and service provided abd would stay again 100%. Thank you all.

Occasionally non smoking policy in the Lounge reception area disregarded which serns normal in Bulgaria. This was mainly in late evening on just 2 occasions. The sound proofing is poor in room 1 when you can hear conversations and arguments hopefully from fellow guests who were in the reception bar area. Being tiled floors as guests moved the seating the noise from.this was very noticeable and not funny after midnight. Mini Bar prices were expensive hence I never used and a real bonus would have been tea or coffee making facilities it even a kettle in the room.

My second stay here and will come back. Staff was somehow even kinder than the previous time i stayed here, and one of the kindest ive met in any country actually. Room was very clean and also very well maintained every day. PS: for one person, the smaller rooms are also borderline ok in size, but as a couple definitely go for the larger ones, they are way more comfortable and with proper/full sized bathrooms

We had the luck of a construction site in progress, literally against our wall, but they were very loud only one morning. Two small thing that could be easily changed: - the mattress, even tho relatively comfortable, was strongly leaning from one side to the other when only one person lied on it - the towels, although very clean and daily changed, are fairly low quality and barely absorb anything

Atmosphere and staff and everything was absolutely amazing! For the price you pay for is just smashing! Very posh, clean hotel. Whole staff who is work there is very friendly and caring they look very good after you. Second day we are have little present from the hotel plate of fruit and exactly what we are was needed after long hot day on the beach. Hotel is was very quiet and is really very good for rest and sleep. Bed is was very comfortable pillow as well, very clean bed and towels. While room and Bathroom was very clean. Have free bottle of water for us, also have mini fridge with some drinks if you want to have some extra but you need to pay for it also some nuts. My rate for you guys is 100 out of 10 ! I’ll be there again for sure! Thank you 🙏

Staff is exeptional. Reception is open 24 hours, and there is always someone with a smile there to help. I was leaving in the middle of the night and they arranged me a taxi to the airport and gave me a wake up call. I spent very little time in the room but there was confortable bed, enough towels, soaps, shower cap etc and minibar with great variety. I was surprised with complimentary coctail and it add up to my experience

Perhaps it was the worst room in the hotel, but it was on ground floor and window was looking on some not pretty backyard so I couldn't really use natural ventilation and I don't like using air conditioning in the room I am sleeping. I would prefer to be able to open the window. But to be honest I didn't complain as I saw that only before going to bed and I was super tired

I liked their taste for beauty and the attention to details and cleaning. It feels like you're in a story, in an imperial one, but with modern conditions, of course. I think that the Roman Emperor himself would find this hotel very agreeable. Also I appreciate the lady from reception who tried her best to break the language barrier to speak with me because she didn't know English. Everything was fine. The street near hotel is quiet. Being situated in the middle of the Old Center City, it was an occasion to view a lot of interesting buildings.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, which actually looked even better in real than on the pictures. Nice staff members who always had smiles on their faces. I even got a free upgrade and was granted late checkout due. All in all, great!

Even though I was alone renting a double bedroom, it was still really small, and it would have been a challenge with two people. There were also quite some annoying sounds like a loud refrigerator and construction noise. Plus, I found a few hairs in my bed, which is quite unacceptable. However, the hotel and the staff members were really nice so I would definitely come back again.

My recent stay at Hotel Imperia was absolutely delightful. From the warm welcome at check-in to the cozy and immaculate room, every moment was a pleasure. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I opted for the classic English breakfast, and I was blown away by the quality and freshness of every ingredient. The eggs were perfectly cooked to order and the bacon crispy and savory. Accompanied by a steaming cup of rich, aromatic coffee, it was truly a breakfast fit for royalty. With its prime location and exceptional service, Hotel Imperia is definitely my go-to hotel for future visits. Highly recommended!

+very kind personnel + easy to find and central located (a few minutes walk) + private parking included (but be aware that it's on a street on which access is not allowed according to the traffic signs - don't know if Police is enforcing anything in that area) + very cosy, warm and the bed was amazingly good

- there was a bad smell in the bathroom which was there for the whole stay, despite the vent - the room was a bit small

The hotel was excellent - equidistant from the beach and the centre, not on a main road so it was quiet at night. It was close to local shops and restaurants although the hotel itself serves breakfast too (unable to comment as we didn’t eat there). Very clean and there’s someone at reception 24/7 which made checking out early in the morning super easy. The hotel staff were exceptional - very friendly and smiling at all times. Very approachable and they brought up a treat (frape, water, refreshing juices & watermelon) to our room every day, which was sooo nice. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t recommend the place enough. Looking forward to staying there next time we’re in Varna

Super friendly staff, we got there in the late evening and imediately we got a cute surprise on the house - a glass of wine and a beer. The next evening we got again a surprise on the house, we received cake. The hotel is very clean, I think is the first time when a hotel changes the towels after the first night in. The location is great, on a nice street near de center and there is also free parking.

This is not related to the hotel which was great, but with the parking system in Bg. The Urbo app was not working so we had no posibility to pay parking on the streets. We did found parkings with barrier and cash pay in port of varna and also in sunny beach, but at higher prices and far away from were we would have liked to leave the car even though there were lots of available parking places. Since those are touristic attractions, there should be a possibility to pay parking by sms/card, rather than only trhough the app which is not always working.
