Wonderful food, nice staff. Cleaning lady Margo was so friendly - rare personal quality in Bulgaria. Thank you Margo for your service! Very well organized hotel with so many activities for children. Comfortable, big bed and big room. Excellent value for the price!

Due to the promotion they ran, there were so many people at the hotel. It was ok but during lunch and dinner was so overcrowded....sometimes difficult to find a table.

Good price for the money - a lot of food for all tastes, quality drinks, frendly staff at the restaurant and pool, nice animation team, good pool, perfect location also to arrive fast at the beach and shops.

The room was tidy but cleaning needed more attention - a lot of dust under the bed, bathroom not so clean, blocked and dirty tub, hallways, elevators and glass doors were dirty. Parking was with cost but very crowded and other cars were blocking ours when we had to leave. There was a lot of stress due to rhis. Staff at the reception were trying to help but did not get too involved - they said just to speak with security.

The rooms are big and cleaning is done daily. There are many swimmimg pools, play grounds and facilities. The food is good and enough variety. Overall it is good for families with children. The location is quiet so you can get some rest at night. Not very far from the public beach.

The check-in is very difficult. All guests are waiting in the lobby for 15:00 because no rooms are available before that time. Then you have to queue at the reception for the check-in. And even so, our friends waited even after 15:00 to have their room ready. The hotel needs some renovation. The time damage is visible in various arreas. For example the carpet is old and dirty. The ceiling tiles are not all in their place, although that could be an easy fix if someone would care. Drinks are very cheap.

Everiting was excelent ,the personal was great ,we want to sey about the lady to reception the name îs Mariana she have a great understanding about my dother Valeria ,becouse she have same problem medical ,they understanding US to give as a mea earlier to the Lunch, evean we cam earlie în the hotel, because we have chek în at 3 a click., thank you very much.

Family friendly! We had a great time at the hotel ×2 as we could use both hotels. People were enjoying the pools and slides so much. Very busy around the pool no spaces available even. Most people even us preferred to stay in the hotel rather than going to the beach. The food was soo good with great options for every fussy eaters. Snack time and snack areas always busy too. My kids ate the fresh made pizza so much it was really nice, ice cream , cookies, chips and more ... cocktails , drinks... all good. Entertainment team were super good too with plenty of music dance and games. Bar staff , receptionists , room attendants, restaurant staff all staff big thank you YOU ALL WORK SO HARD.

Hot in the corridors on the floors and leaking bath.

The hotel was well located, at the centre of Golden Sands, near the beach and other facilities. Our children really enjoyed the pools and the aquapark. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Marianna at the reception and Alex at the entertainment, as well as a cleaning lady from Odessa, Ukraine on the 1st (3rd) floor. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very good, with a large variety and fine hygiene. The hotel recommended a taxi driver and a rent-a-car company, who both met our expectations.

There was a horrible smell in the toilet in our room every morning, on the 1st (3rd) floor.

The amount of food wasted, as a lot of people just take plates of everything and then dont eat it. some were disgusting 🫣. downstairs toilets also smelt of strong urine on occasions in the womans.. aircon also not great and tv in bedroom wasn't to good.

Amazing staff from restaurant/bar to reception, cleaning, lifeguards and animation team. Daily games by the pool, mini disco and contests in the evening. Nice shade from the trees by the pool. The room was nice and comfortable. Cleaning was done daily. The pool itself and slides were very clean. Nice food selection with specials every 2 days or so: grilled poltry, lamb, beef, a lot of different salads. Great fruits selections. Snacks between main courses were a good addition: pastry, donuts, icecream and salty snacks.Very quiet after 23.00. Good soundproofed balcony doors.

A bit crowded - we didn't find a chaiselong on arrival day. They are definitly understaffed. There were a lot of places that needed deep cleaning: rugs in the hallways and elevator, rust here and there. A/C was so and so.

Our room was clean and comfortable!The swimming pool inside was with warm water +27 and careful lifeguards.The cuisine was diverse and very tasty!We enjoyed a lot!Thank you so much!

We arrived at 3:00 a.m.but our registration was at 2:00 p.m. ,it was extremely hard to wait all those long hours in the lobby.Unfortunately the law is law and we were very tired and didn’t have another opportunity…to enter the room and to relax!

Good place to stay with children, lots of slides, pools and places to play for kids.

Quite loud all day long, at night it’s quiet from 11 pm till 7 am. Food same almost every day, snacks not so healthy (pizza, waffles, biscuits).
