The hotel itself is decent, nice and uncrowded pool, the staff were polite and it was clean. I was in apartment, which was a good size. Also, the bus stop to/from Varna is 4-5 minutes by walk, which can be very convenient in case you want to check out this beautiful city. The Golden Sands park is also relatively close.

I mentioned the hotel is decent, but it definitely needs some touch. I didn't like the shower in my apartment. It was on top of a bathtub with a curtain and you will struggle if you are a big person. It's also worn out, if I can put it this way. Someone mentioned the beds. They are comfy, but not good for couples, because the "double beds" are actually two joined mattresses, which kept separating. I missed bunch of hugs! :( :) Also, it's a 8-10 minute walking distance to the seaside, which is not terrible, but not the best either. The breakfast was lacking variety. Some may argue about the price, but I've been in better hotels for less money.

*when we arrived, the apartment was not fully prepared (the floor needed more cleaning, stained sheets, a lack of pan, knives, etc.) Though the lady at the reception was quite helpful and we received "compliments”(champagne) for the inconvenience.

Very cosy and clean room with a nice view. The beach is also wonderful and very clean, but if you are not a beach fan, there is a big pool at the hotel for you. The staff is nice and smiling :-). I am perfectly satisfied and would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I sure didn t like the stuff ...I mean the woman at the reception when we arrived...only her...she wasn t smilling at all even she was a little bit nervous,I don t know why

Wonderful place! Visiting for 3rd time. Spacious Rooms, cozy atmosphere, friendly stuff, good food! The swimming pool and the garden are amazing!

Excellent service. Good vibe, the food taste was also great. The restaurant is not five stars but I enjoyed being there, it is next to the pool. The pool is clean, it has space for kids as well. Thanks

The hotel is not next to the beach, but you cannot expect more for the money. The rooms aren't so big and the TV streaming lacks quality. Anyway who goes to the beach to watch TV :)
