The only minus was the fact that we didn’t have shower gel in the bathroom and after we asked the reception 2 times we still didn’t get any.

We literally lived for Breakfast! It has everything you could ask for - from fresh seasonal fruits to eggs (3 different types), muesli, pancakes, traditional pastries, veggies.. it's plentiful and delicious. Our room was a studio and was very spacious and perfect for our stay with a 2-year old. There was enough space for the baby cot and for her to play around when we were in the room. I rarely find such comfortable beds in hotel so I have to give 10 our 10 for comfort here. The location is just perfect - just enough distance from the main street and beach (5 min walk). Given that Golden Sands is a busy and very active resort full of things to do at night as well, we still slept like babies - just close the doors/window, turn on the AC and you are set. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We felt as if we were part of a big family. Thank you!

The parking is chaotic and unorganized and it could benefit from an automated in and out system. The breakfast could be improved with more meat free options, including by increasing the variety and quality of vegetables.

I liked the hotel facilities like reception 24/7 , elevator, the clean room, the towels were changed every day, the pool with lifeguard, the demipension with meals served at 7 AM and at 19. I like the warm feeling after each discussion with hotel employees. At lunch you can order to eat a pizza made by the local cheff. Water dispencer is available 24/7.

In Aug 23 the parking was always full and it was 20 bgn per day. The meal had poor diversity and the expectation are according to a 4 star hotel. The fish variety or sea food should improve as we had in a 7 day vacation 2 poor quality fish meals and 1 salad with redonion,seafood and lime. For one dinner the serving and the food was served with delay,like 30min but this was ok as comparative with a restaurant the waiting time was less than 30min. The property is not replying on emails coming even from old customers .

The employee who works next to the swimming pool and gave towels. He was so angry all the time. My child doesn't know how to dive but he came and told us (using an angry voice) "Do you understand this? Tell it to your child!" (pointed at the picture, what I already saw, that diving is not allowed.). We both were so scared because my child didn't do anything wrong. I wanted to stay longer but after this situation moved to another hotel and it was a good decision. Finally, we had a change to swim normally.

The hotel is entirely renewed. Big and comfortable rooms with a balcony. The rooms have a large bed, sitting/resting areas, fridge, mirror and a lot of shelves. The room and the bathroom have been cleaned every day, the garbage was taken and the towels were changed. In general the hotel is kept clean and shining. The interior is modern, welcoming and you can really feel like at home. The pool is big and clean and each client can rest near the pool during the whole day. On breakfast there are different meals for every taste and mood. Very delicious. They keep serving meals even close to the end of the breakfast time. Lunch can be ordered on a la cart type in the hotel's restaurant. Very very delicious and the prices are good compared to others restaurant in the town. Staff is very polite, always smiling and were there for any questions or requests. Parking place is available right a front of the hotel, 15 BGN per day. Golden Sands is a very beautiful place with large and clean beach side. But the beach furnitures like umbrella or bed are a little expensive - 12 BGN each. Also, there are a lot of seesights nearby. In general, it was a great holiday spent there and we will come back for sure.

• At least one of the two coffee machines was always out of order for some time during breakfast which caused a long waiting queue • In contrast to the bathroom, the room is very soberly furnished (no closet, exposed concrete floor) • Since there are no public parking spaces in the area, you need to use the parking lot next to the hotel. This is small and therefore almost always occupied during the day, which makes it a challenge if you arrive at this point of time • Due to the above points, the price-performance ratio is average.

We stayed at Ibis Styles for 1 week at the end of July this year. We had to come back last weekend! The rooms are renovated, spacious, clean and very well designed to fit every need. The staff is very well trained, always have a smile on their face and ready to help. The food is tasty and the prices are very good. There is a mini-forest on one side of the hotel which is very nice. The beach is at 3-4 minutes away from the hotel which also has a big, clean pool. The parking is 15 bgn/day (you can ask at the reception for a place to park). Congratulations to the manager! She is doing an excellent job to make sure everyone has the best experience at this hotel. In summer of 2022 two sunbeds with one umbrella on the beach cost 42 bgn/day. See you in June!
