Nice room with a great view, comfy bed.

No cleaning service in 3 days. The employees where talking laudly but not efficient. Restaurant closes et 21h for diner. Few choices for food, not enough place to serve and 15 minutes before the closing hour was practically nothing. Same for breakfast. For beverages had to ask at the bar, not free service. Wiener bar closes at 22h the all inclusive service,, after that hour you have to pay for the drinks. Big quality difference between an Aperol free of charge and a one a la carte. At 10h no sunbed available on the beach. The parking far from the hotel and 25 leva per day. Not an ultra all inclusive as presented.

I liked the room very much. There is a lobby bar which works 24h and it's really good that you can drink something all the time. In general bars are really good and you can choose a lot of different drinks. It's a real 5 star All Inclusive Experience. The beach is nice and the pool is very good. All the workers in the hotel are fine. Some of them were really great. Food in a pool bar was awesome. In general, I think this is the best hotel in Golden Sands.

Choice of food in the restaurant was poor for a 5 star hotel. But the food quality was fine. Desserts were pretty poor. Food in the BBQ Beach bar was poor also. Animation on the pool can be better also, but let's say it's fine. So there is some space for improvement.

Breakfast time end too early 10:00am maybe an 11:00 will be a beter option. No water in room, only a bottle on the first day. Indoor pool very cold, on a day with cold water the water in the pool was colder than the outside pool.

Amazing facilities: room, restaurants, pool, pool bar. Piano bar every evening. Very broad all in offer for the drinks. Private beach very well located. Staff of pool bar and piano bar (young guys).

Very disagreeable reception staff, what an expedited and cold check in ! You clearly see that they are short staffed because it takes time to have your order taken, the table cleaned and the buffet refurbished. Beach toilets only cleaned once a day. The swimming pool closes at 6 sharp and you cannot stay in it afterwards, a bit early.

Size of the room and it was recently refurbished and the layout in the room is very functional. The sea view is great, noizy if the door is left open. Pool & beach big enough.

The stuff was unfriendly and rude at the reception desk, in the restaurant and at the swimming pool. The hotel missinforms the customers about that's included in the Ultra all inclusive price. For example: they mention kid's menu/buffet but there is none. When I asked about it at the receotion they pointed me towards the restaurant meneger who doesn't speak English at all and a colleague of hers told me that the kids menu is on request. I've asked for fruit yogurt and they had none.Another example is the room service, which doesn't exist. Also they mention the offerings of the Viennese Caffe are included, which is right at the entrance from the beach/pool/promenade and when you walk inside the hotele there are fridges with cakes but whe you ask for it they make you pay.

The room was clean and had a nice view. All good!

The food was awfull for us. Ive noticed the food is similar every day except some dishes.For example one day we had beens with mint,the bread was hard as a rock (i think it was the same from other day,maybe two). The coffee capsule from the room if you use it,you have to pay for it,the minibar was empty,only one bottle of water during the stay. If you choose to stay at the beach they say you have 2 seats and umbrella but they don't tell you in the description the fact that you have to pay them on the first 3 rows. For an ultra all inclusive i expected more to be honest. Hope they will solve this problem and more transparency with customers.

I honestly was worried at the beginning after reading some reviews from some people, but I loved our vacation at Admiral. It’s true that the additional services like sauna or massage are paid extra but this is absolutely normal. The front beach location is perfect, the outdoor pool is clean and calm, the indoor spa space is relaxing and quite, the food is fine, the cocktails from the bar are very good, the Piano evenings are relaxing, everything was excellent! I recommend it and don’t believe all the reviews, the beauty is the eye of the beholder!

The cleaning ladies should change the bedsheets more often.

Wonderful experience overall. Schedules are set up for every possible rhythm. No question was left unanswered by staff, no matter how many times it was repeated. The room was spacious and cleaned properly on arrival. The chambermaids are doing their job terrifically. Plenty of food variety to choose from. Staff organize a lot of activities at the pool and at the amazing beach volleyball field next to it. Definitely recommend, definitely will come back.

Could do better with the dinner schedule. Closing after an additional hour would be great. On departure, after checking the rooms, they said we've got to pay for some stuff which wasn't resupplied when we arrived, hence not used by us. I specifically checked this when we settled in but thought it's on purpose, as in the booklet they provided it states that resupplying is on demand. Not such a big deal but may be noteworthy for someone.

great location, excellent hotel amenities, great selection of food with three restaurants. swim up pool bar, 24 hour bar and reception was an excellent idea, hotel located on the beach and in the heart of golden sands with a good night life. The hotel has a piano room that has a singer Tuesday to Sunday for a couple of hours at night. two pool tables located in this area as well. Transfer is a 30 min ride from Varna airport for about £25. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

food that was not covered i.e chips etc as such became cold to eat. The selection of meets etc was in a container with lid was nice and hot and very tasty 😋 just need to cover the chips keep it hot. Beer was definitely very weak probably no more than 1% abv. I decided to stick to shorts or cocktails. I did purchase the beer in the fridge which was better and not that expensive.

The hotel is quite nice and the staff is extremely helpful and polite. They fulfilled all our requests the best way they could. The room is spacious and always clean. It is one of the very few hotels I've visited where the all-inclusive food is reloaded again and again until the final open hour of the restaurant. So you don't have to go early and worry that the other guests will eat everything :)

The parking is paid extra (25lv/day), but there are two very big parking lots nearby. The upper bar (with 2 bartenders) where the piano is, closes at 22:30, so you have to go the lobby bar afterwards. But sometimes there's only 1 bartender there and the queue gets quite long for a simple cocktail. I would recommend having at least 3-4 people between 22:00 and 0:00 in the lobby bar.
