This is the third time we come here because of the rooms, the entertainment, the pool and the beach. The room we stayed in was spacios, ~sound proof, but we have a little complaint about the housekeeping because they did not clean our room for 4 days. Thanks to reception because everytime when we had a request they took care to solve it. Thanks to Teo, the guy who tried to solve the problem with our TV. Shout out to animation team, they were amazing and always with a smile on their faces. Funny team. Big applause for Svetoslav, Galina, Simo and Sisi, you guys do a not exactly easy job but you rock it ! About the food - There are many options but every day there are ~ the same meals. The outdoor pool is great, water is not cold but its sad because you can stay in the pool until 18:00. Also there is an indoor pool but the water is cold and again is close at 18:00. The way to the beach takes about 10 minutes. Near the beach is a Mini Train that it takes you to the hotel and cost 5lv./person. However it was a great vacay☀️

Check-in was late, 2 hours later than it was supposed to. My in-lows had to insist to get a room even after 2 hours of waiting. Do they accept late check-out as well?- of course not....

The food quality was better than my expectations. All the stuff was friendly and nice, the animation team had a great positive vibe,nice comfy sun beds, cleaning workers did a great job all around the hotel . The pool was also great, with the perfect temperature.

What I disliked the most were the tourists, reserving the sun beds with their towels from the first hour in the morning( and not using them for hours) even if said on the walls not to do it. Honestly I think the hotel should hire someone just for that , to remove the towels that just sit there for hours, it would make the holliday better for all the rest of well educated tourists . Beside that, wifi is just bad but I didn t expect it to be different cause this is a common issue in most of the bulgarian hotels. And another thing that I didn t liked was that the water was not cold( I get it , the machine didn t had enough time to cold it) but they should add some ice cubs trays at least in the restaurant .

I loved everything! The staff was suuuper nice, the food very good and diverse every day, the place super clean and the rooms huge and wonderful. Many of the current reviews are wrong and incorrect. They are AMAZING and I highly recommend this hotel!

I didn't like the coffee very much, for some reason it was not a good coffee machine and to me, mornings start good with a quality coffee. Would recommend to change it as everything else in the kitchen was high end food and very healthy and tasty.

We stayed at a very clean hotel with a modern interior and a beautiful small garden. Our room was on the park side, which was a much better option than the poolside. The room was always pleasantly cool, a relief during the hot days, and it was impeccably cleaned by the friendly housekeeping ladies from the third floor. The restaurant staff was professional and courteous, particularly Max, who was always smiling and attentive.

However, not all staff were as pleasant. A staff member named Shasha was rude and unprofessional, though she seemed hard-working and just needs to develop some basic soft skills. The reception staff also left much to be desired in terms of friendliness. The food lacked creativity. While meat lovers would likely be satisfied, I found the food boring and quickly prepared, without much culinary skill. Additionally, the animation team was immature, often playing extremely loud music, especially during meal times, which was quite disruptive.

All staff members were great. Clean and comfortable, all inclusive daily different menus. 500 meters to beach. While there is mini train every 30 minutes drive you to and from hotel to the beach if you don't like to walk line1 at beach you can find mini train line 2 for sight seeing round the beach it costs around 2.5 euro for one direction each time . Am really too impressed of young lady Sachaa at sailor bar as well the great lady RUMIANA manging restaurant with her team whom welcome daily all hotel customers. -food and drinks -the pool had a perfect size and it was very clean -facilities like table tenis and billiard, as well as daily animation shows -clean room with great size and beds

-we didnt recieve new towels or soaps and shampoo every day -the lifts were very slow

Our stay overall was good, the hotel staff was nice and helpful, the hotel and rooms were clean, we made about 10 minutes to the beach, so it's not so far away from the beach

No parking, Wi-Fi service very weak and low quality food
