The reception staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, A nice and clean swimming pool with sunbeds and towels. The entertainment team was the highlight of the holiday and made sure to keep us entertained. We were on the all-inclusive plan but in the lobby bar we discovered that it was not all-inclusive and there was for example a fine coffee machine for a fee and a less fine coffee machine for free. It gives the feeling that "all-inclusive" is for the poor. The food was good but quite repetitive.

This is the third time we come here because of the rooms, the entertainment, the pool and the beach. The room we stayed in was spacios, ~sound proof, but we have a little complaint about the housekeeping because they did not clean our room for 4 days. Thanks to reception because everytime when we had a request they took care to solve it. Thanks to Teo, the guy who tried to solve the problem with our TV. Shout out to animation team, they were amazing and always with a smile on their faces. Funny team. Big applause for Svetoslav, Galina, Simo and Sisi, you guys do a not exactly easy job but you rock it ! About the food - There are many options but every day there are ~ the same meals. The outdoor pool is great, water is not cold but its sad because you can stay in the pool until 18:00. Also there is an indoor pool but the water is cold and again is close at 18:00. The way to the beach takes about 10 minutes. Near the beach is a Mini Train that it takes you to the hotel and cost 5lv./person. However it was a great vacay☀️

To be very honest, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and what it offers. The money we spent on this holiday is totally justified – a great variety of food (there are literally options for everyone's tastes and the quality of the food is good as well – and this is coming from a very picky eater!), spacious rooms, lots of activities for all ages and attentive and friendly staff. The quality of the beds depends on the preferences of each individual (I've had better but my husband enjoyed it) but I've understood the rooms are gradually being renovated and improved anyway. The pools are also very clean and a good size. The front office team sends you a message with all the info and instructions you need to know in advance to the first day of your stay – helpful and leaves no room for "unpleasant" surprises. The walk to the beach is a bit long, but for us it was fine as we enjoy going for walks. Our toddler absolutely loved the vacation and she especially enjoyed the kids' disco. "Hula Hula Hoop" will be stuck in our heads for months now! 😆 Every member of the animation team is lovely, but we especially want to thank Ema for the friendly interactions as well as for how she cared for our daughter and made her feel included in every activity. I unfortunately didn't learn his name, but the male bartender with blue eyes was also very kind and thoughtful – he went out of his way for us and he was very nice filling up our daughter's water bottle everytime she asked him to. There were also two very young waiters who always smiled at and interacted with our daughter – she was always happy to see them. We were also satisfied with the Housekeeping team – we made it known once that we prefer to have our room cleaned in the morning and they did just that every day after that. Small interactions and gestures like this are the most memorable and Madara Park Hotel has the right team for that!

The private parking (not owned by the hotel) is a bit inconvenient and shady. On the day of our departure we had a very bad interaction with the owner of the parking lot trying to scam us of more money, but the young bellboy kindly handled the situation for us and it was cleared, so we thank him for that. We advise future guests to avoid parking there.

Clean rooms, the food was ok

Check-in was late, 2 hours later than it was supposed to. My in-lows had to insist to get a room even after 2 hours of waiting. Do they accept late check-out as well?- of course not....

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Madara in Bulgaria! The animation team deserves a very big applause ,they were absolutely amazing, full of energy, and kept everyone entertained throughout the day and evening. The food was tasty with a good variety, and the staff were always kind and helpful. The only downside was that the cleaning could be improved ,rooms weren’t cleaned as thoroughly as expected. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely consider coming back. Thank you to the animation team for making our holiday soo nice❤️❤️❤️

The food quality was better than my expectations. All the stuff was friendly and nice, the animation team had a great positive vibe,nice comfy sun beds, cleaning workers did a great job all around the hotel . The pool was also great, with the perfect temperature.

What I disliked the most were the tourists, reserving the sun beds with their towels from the first hour in the morning( and not using them for hours) even if said on the walls not to do it. Honestly I think the hotel should hire someone just for that , to remove the towels that just sit there for hours, it would make the holliday better for all the rest of well educated tourists . Beside that, wifi is just bad but I didn t expect it to be different cause this is a common issue in most of the bulgarian hotels. And another thing that I didn t liked was that the water was not cold( I get it , the machine didn t had enough time to cold it) but they should add some ice cubs trays at least in the restaurant .

I loved everything! The staff was suuuper nice, the food very good and diverse every day, the place super clean and the rooms huge and wonderful. Many of the current reviews are wrong and incorrect. They are AMAZING and I highly recommend this hotel!

I didn't like the coffee very much, for some reason it was not a good coffee machine and to me, mornings start good with a quality coffee. Would recommend to change it as everything else in the kitchen was high end food and very healthy and tasty.

We stayed at a very clean hotel with a modern interior and a beautiful small garden. Our room was on the park side, which was a much better option than the poolside. The room was always pleasantly cool, a relief during the hot days, and it was impeccably cleaned by the friendly housekeeping ladies from the third floor. The restaurant staff was professional and courteous, particularly Max, who was always smiling and attentive.

However, not all staff were as pleasant. A staff member named Shasha was rude and unprofessional, though she seemed hard-working and just needs to develop some basic soft skills. The reception staff also left much to be desired in terms of friendliness. The food lacked creativity. While meat lovers would likely be satisfied, I found the food boring and quickly prepared, without much culinary skill. Additionally, the animation team was immature, often playing extremely loud music, especially during meal times, which was quite disruptive.

We had a great experience during our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely responsive and acted promptly to address any situation, even if nothing major occurred — their efficiency and professionalism truly stood out. The Animation Team did an excellent job, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere that made our holiday even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool was well-maintained, and the food options catered to all tastes.
