The apartment is very spacious with a living room with kitchenette , 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , a terrace with a swing and dining table where you can have breakfast in the morning. Very suitable for families or 4 + people . It has a direct view of the pool and you can see the sea behind the pool. In the resort there are 2 restaurants, very close to the apartment, I recommend to reserve the tables one day in advance, if you are larger group. Next to the resort are Topola Slides, a water amusement park. We took the kids two hours in an afternoon.

The location is like a residential complex, with many buildings with studio rooms (room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need), 2 and 3 room apartments (I think many are also properties), the buildings being grouped around the pools - you basically have a large pool in a group of buildings There are 3 restaurants, the main one, where breakfast is also served, with a special location, on the seafront - but you have to make a reservation in advance for dinner because it is small, has few seats, an Italian one and a restaurant-bistro with Bulgarian specialties (they say, but there are only a few Bulgarian dishes on the menu). Be careful, this restaurant-bistro is located outside the complex - you have to go through the barrier - but it is a 5 min walk The breakfast is brilliant, very rich and very tasty!

Although they boast high-speed internet, we couldn't see the network in our room - basically the room number appears as the network, and in our room we couldn't see the network at all. We tried to connect to the network of the room next door, which belonged to our friends, but ... the connection couldn't be made And the so-called general network of the complex, which was un-passworded, had a very weak signal and disconnected frequently And, although we reported this to the reception, nothing was solved Also, for those who want to go to the beach, you should take into account that it can only be reached by car. And it's quite far!

- Great breakfast; not a huge variety but everything of high quality. Freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruit. Possibility to order specialty coffees from the bar (for a fee). - Supermarket on the hotel premises, three restaurants - Large apartment, big balcony with a table to have a meal outside - The bed was quite comfortable and wide

- No blinds in the bedroom - No sound insulation; our bedroom was facing the street and there were noises quite late in the night - A little outdated interior design; some small repairs needed like one shower door was broken, the fridge door didn't close properly

We booked a family trip here. We all had different rooms, in different parts of the complex, but met for breakfast and around the pool. Great layout, good rooms, we had a great time! We ended up cooking quite a bit, and was pleased with the facilities available. Food from the restaurants were also good.

Because different buildings are managed by different entities, check-in was difficult to arrange (as we arrived at midnight) and the guard on duty didn't speak any english. Worked out in the end, but better communication and a more clear layout would've been useful (got lost a few times searching for my block). Also - their ice machine was on fire, and my brothers put out the flame with fire extinguishers found nearby. Staff was nowhere to be found and fire was spreading rapidly to their curtains and outdoor restaurant. My brothers managed to put it out quickly, but were not thanked or rewarded at all by the hotel. Considering what they prevented, the hotel could've shown some gratitude.

Keep coming at Kaliakria Resort each year since 2011. The property keeps its tranquility, serene vibe and the level of services. The location is beautiful, surrended by nature, with breath-taking view, nice pools, nice and well-kept gardens, lovely restaurants ( The Bistrot, Terazza, El Balcon del Mundo). The breakfast and dinner at El Balcon del Mundo are a must.

More maintenance works should be carried out inside and outside the buildings. But please do not change the old minimalist furniture with modern one, glamourous and kitchy, as it was the case with the appartment we recently rented.

Truly a fantastic resort - on an excellent spot overviewing the Black Sea, with five pools, three restaurants, lots of vegetation and parking, with an aquapark in immediate vicinity. Apartment was spacious, very well equipped, with two bathrooms and big terrace looking to the sea. Majestic view of the sea!! Staff was friendly and helpful, regularly changing towels and linen and generally assisting in all occasions. All three restaurants are highly recommendable.

Only one thing truly bothered us - mosquitos. There is a golf course with ponds and greenery nearby, and sitting at night on the terrace could be very challenging. Unfortunately, there were no net on the terrace doors or windows, so we had to close ourselves inside at night. Oh, and you need a car if you want to go to the beach, but we knew this beforehand.

-We were kindly upgraded to a bigger space which was really great to have a bit of space for ourselves, however the building we were in was in front of the resort septic tank, so the smell every single time we went in and out was umbearable. We couldn't spend evenings outside on the beautifull balcony because of the smell as well, even though it was on the other side of the building, and couldn't keep windows open, luckly the air conditioning was strong. The Adora beach was small but nice, however couldn't see why rhe sun beds should cost almost double than in more public beaches.

Amazing, spacious rooms, very clean with sea and pool view. We had 4 swimming pools to choose from, all very clean, safe for children, lifeguard present. 3 restaurants to choose from, tried them all, very good food; they also have children menu. The only not so fun thing is that you need the car to reach the beach. Not far away, just 10 minutes by car. All in all, we had a great time and my girls were a bit sad to leave.

We went here to celebrate our wedding, with a small group of friends (booked 7 rooms). Communication with the hotel was very easy, even though there was some mixup with the rooms when we arrived, that got solved quickly. They are dog-friendly, rooms were simple but large and tidy, all had spacious balconies, pools were clean, all staff was very kind and helpful. Upon request, they were able to arrange minibus transfer to Balchik for our group, and their events manager (Veneta) did a great job by ordering a very delicious wedding cake and keeping us informed. Also, we ended up paying twice for the cake (by some mistake) and upon return to Romania she contacted us so they can refund the payment. El Balcon del Mundo restaurant was great for the festive dinner, food was amazing, especially the apetizers, and the staff was beyond reproach. We really had a great experience, and would no doubt return for a vacation here.

Beautiful place ❤️ I was prepared just for a nice room for two with a private bathroom, but we received an apartment! Large clean bathroom, comfortable bedroom, big living room with kitchenette and great balcony with the gorgeous view. We travelled after season so there was small amount of people. It was quiet and relaxing as we needed. About food - very delicious and fresh. I had small choice as I'm vegetarian (spaghetti with spicy tomatoes, risotto, grilled veggies and fries), but my partner was in heaven with all that meat from the grill.

Difficulties with arriving - small amount of buses, but it's not the problem of the resort.
