I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was perfect – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment team. They were energetic, engaging, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. Whether it was the daytime activities, evening shows, or just their friendly presence around the resort, they brought so much life and joy to our vacation. Special thanks to the entire entertainment crew – you truly made our holiday special! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

Despite the hotel being fully booked, it never felt crowded. The pools, and there are several, always had space, and the aquapark was fantastic. The restaurant offers a wide variety of choices. The staff were pleasant.

Just a heads-up: for beach and pool towels, a cash deposit is required. Not a big deal, but good to know!

Facilities for children, room was very big, location, pools and animation team.

All inclusive drinks were from the brew, food was not very healthy and tasty, all inclusive services were not available in the Aqua Park, paid extra for games in the reception

Pool areas, nice view, lots of activities for kids. Perfect for families.

Food and drinks quality could be improved. There are 2 restaurants but the second one was open for only 2 meals, even though the hotel was almost full. It got very crowded at meal time.

Everything except the worn out furnitures. They provide a lot of services and have good facilities to keep the kids busy. The food was nice too. Not exceptional but defo good for these kind of places. Would be great if they renovate those old apartments.

The furnitures were worn out and there were ants everywhere. If we have informed them they would have probably cleaned the ants but didn’t want to be disturbed. Wasn’t that much of a problem for us.

Very nice view of the sea. Many pools and sun beds for everyone.

Not enough parking spaces. There were ants in the room.

The room, the water, and the whole complex are very clean. All the grass is freshly cut, all the coloured flowers well preserved! All the personnel is very kind, smiling and willing to speak romanian. The entertainment team was extremely nice and gathered a lot of people for evening fun. All my appreciations for the entire team!

We liked the accommodations with sea and Infinity pool view. 😍 We appreciated the aqua park entrance , the variety of salads and sweets was surprisingly good. The icecream was a big plus for the kids and the singing fountain was very nice. The transfer to the beach was very helpful.😊 The room was big and clean! The entertainment crew was very nice. Lots of pools to choose from. Nice view from the terrace and amfitheater. Lots of outdoor activities to do_ tennis, soccer, walking...eco trail is a good way to start the day- but is not for the amatores! 🥴

Missing vanity kit ...☹️ The working hours of action park are when the sun is up in the sky🌡️🌡️🌡️...maby is suitable a different program: 8.00-10 .00 am and 6.00 - 8.00pm - is very hot during the day, up there.🥴 We didn't have the information the we need to bring umbrella for the beach ⛱️🤔 The last shuttle to return to the hotel is 16.45 !!!

Apartment was great, food ok but repetitive.

Wi-fi was not working properly in all areas. Even in apartment there were rooms were no wi-fi acces.

The location was fine and pretty big, so people can walk around

That the restaurant which was rented for a wedding wasn’t properly soundproof
