While searching for a good hotel for my first time All Inclusive experience, I stumbled upon this with a high mark on booking. After spending a few days there, I can confirm that this deserves a clean 10, the employees all work together to offer great services. From the variety and quality of food to small surprises that made my day, I wholeheartedly recommend this stay.

It wasn't a drawback for us, but the distance to the beach can be quite daunting for some people. Luckily there is a shortcut to take going down some stairs.

Everything! Starting with the staff - so helpful and friendly. Then the room - very big, great view (sea view in our case), very clean, it was waiting for us cooled and perfect after a long drive. The food (all inclusive) - amazing! I found it to be delicious and diverse. Fresh fruit and desserts, snacks between meals. Unlimited alcoholic drinks all day long while you sat at the pool. I recommend it with all my heart. Great vacation! Putting this bere, maybe it helps somebody - if you want to go to the beach, you must walk around 8-10 minutes to the paid areas. If you want a free beach you must walk around 20 minutes or so. The pool was enough for us (plus a small spa). Also, we paid 200 Ron parking for 4 days (we knew about the cost so not a problem) but keep this in mind too! The parking was underground and guarded, so worth it, the car was safe and cool. Conclusion: will return here!

Hotel was very very very clean, rooms was clean , carpets , everything i dont see such cleanses on Turkey 5* Hotels:) Staff was very polite. Food is very tasty whatever you take to eat it was very tasty. Rooms was very large and comfortable. We was really enjoying our stay in this hotel.

Good location - 500m from the beach. Room size and cleanliness is as expected for a 4 star hotel. Good breakfast and comfy beds.

No quiet hours for the pool. The hotel does not impose any rule on the pool and it is opened 24/7. This translates to noisy drunk tourists during some nights, well after 11 pm. Not nice if you are at floor 1-3 and facing the pool...

We received exceptional service by everyone involved, from the reception staff, to the cleaning crew, to the staff from the restaurant and everyone else. We had the all inclusive service, and travelled with a 10 month old. The room looked newly refurbished, was very specious and clean, and were greeted by a beautiful baby cot when we arrived. The baby was excited to explore and play in both the room and the baby cot. The cleaning lady was very friendly and performed her duty well. The AC in the room was working well, and the room was quiet overall (the baby could sleep with the balcony door open). Given that we travelled with a baby, we were a bit concerned about the food. Turns out the food was exceptional, very varied, tasty, well cooked and plenty of it available even at the end of the program. There was always something else for us to try. The baby liked everything and has eaten soups daily. Plenty of baby chairs available. The desserts were also really good. The restaurant staff made a really good job, they were always friendly and the tables were always clean. The hotel, restaurant and the pool were always extremely clean, some of the cleanest I've seen. The hotel has paid underground parking, and it was nice knowing that the car was safe. We are considering coming back next year.

It takes a bit of time to walk from the hotel to the beach and back, and we made that trip twice every day. The stairs leading to the beach could be cleaner, but this is not the hotel's fault. The pool water, although clean, felt quite cold. Due to the hotel positioning, the sun is shining on the pool only during the first part of the day.

We loved everything! What an amazing hotel! Very clean hotel with very good location, walking distance to the sea is about 10 min. Very quiet, calm and relaxing 😌 We had a big room with a spacious balcony and sea view. The table and chairs were on the balcony so we could relax. The room is excellent, clean, big and well fitted. The room is cleaned daily. The bed is big and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with towels and bathmat, shower gel, sea salt and shampoo. TV and wi-fi worked well and fast. Fridge, ketel, cups etc. available in the room. A/C was working well and made the room cool, outside was so hot🥵 The food was excellent, big variety and with high quality. We couldn't try everything but everything look delicious! All staff was very friendly, smiley and very helpful. We had a very good time in the hotel. We can highly recommend Continental Hotel. 🥰🥰🇧🇬🌞🌞

The property is great .

The staff was wonderful so as the food. Everything was great. My mom lost her phone at the restaurant and the staff didn't who it belongs to, so they google translate the screen and since we were the only ones from Israel the contacted me. The room was big so as the bathroom and the balcony.

The water didn't go smoothly in the shower, the sun went through the curtain so we woke up at 5:30 in the morning, and they didn't have soy/almond or any other vegan milk until we talk to the reception and ask them to get one, which they did.

We travelled with 2 kids (a toddler and a 6yo) and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, starting from welcoming us in their garage and treating our children to ice cream the moment we first stepped into the lobby to helping us through all of the amenities. Everything was included from towels for the pool and bathrobes for the SPA to games, drinks, food, (and I have to say we gained a few extra kilos). The cleanliness is on the highest level, their cleaning staff very professional, our room was cleaned every single day of our stay (thank you Stefanka!). The bartenders made a few exceptions and made some cocktails that weren't on the menu (on the house), which we greatly appreciated (thank you Stanislav!). The food they served us was diverse and tasty, and they have strict rules about carrying food into your room, but the chef made an exception when we told him our toddler was napping, so he put together a takeaway meal (I don't remember your name, but thank you chef!). The sunbeds at the pool were plenty, we din't have a problem finding enough for all of us. A special thank you to their Ukrainian cleaning lady, Zoya, she helped my wife with a little difficulty at the SPA!!! The only down side is that there's a 7-10 minute walk downhill to the beach and the road is not very baby carriage friendly, but that's not the hotel's fault.

There's always room for improvement but there's nothing I can think of, we felt sorry our vacation was over so quickly!

everything was superlative. Always diverse, fresh food, a multitude from which you can choose. Appreciate the fact that between meals they have consistent snacks (cookies, puff pastry, pie, pancakes, pizza). Quality drinks, absolutely all, it should be noted that you can ask for daily bottles (1.5l) of water for consumption. The staff is a 10, polite, clean, very well trained and hardworking, absolutely everyone in the complex is a 10. impeccable cleanliness everywhere, every day, they changed the towels and cleaned the rooms. every time you came back to the room, it was ventilated and the air conditioner was on. the very polite cleaning ladies greeted you with the same warm smile every time you passed the corridor. clean pool, new, clean sunbeds. I stayed on the 7th floor, room 719, I had the most beautiful view. the rooms are large, the mattress very comfortable, comfort of 10. I have nothing to complain about. it was the most successful vacation from all points of view! we can't wait to come back! surely, from now on we will only come to the continental hotel. The hotel parking is protected 24/24, always closed, you can leave by car because they have video cameras and its number is registered at the reception. Parking costs BGN 20 per day. Next to the hotel you have a shop open until 12 o'clock, for cigarettes, hygiene, miscellaneous. The sea is a maximum of 5-6 minutes on foot. The hotel is very well located. very good food! there was no way you could leave hungry. wonderful sweets, cake, baklava, ice cream! We can't wait to come back!
