Amazing location, enough parking places, lift, very spacious rooms, and a balcony arround the while apartment. There was a washing machine and a dryer, but we didn't have a chance to try them.

We were told management decided that not all doors will have mosquito nets, after we have been bitten throughout the whole stay. For this price, you should spare to have nets for the comfort of all your guests. Kitchen was well equipped, but we had to buy kitchen towels and a sponge. Again, a cheap miss from management, which can give the additional extra comfort to guests. Door knobs were rusty, and shower heads should be replaced, pretty depreciated.

Very nice stuff. There wasn’t any frying pan or a toaster in the kitchen. Lots of mosquitos at night and as it was the only apartment without a mosquitos net, because of the sun and high temperatures, we had to open all windows for cool air, though all rooms have an air conditioner we didn’t used them all the time because of sensitivity and the child. So we had to buy 3 anti mosquitos devices. Otherwise it was perfect, close to the beach and the views are stunning.

The location is very close to the beach and also to the restaurants. The rooms are large and the furniture was new. All the kitchen tools are available. Play room for kids available. AC on every room. Big like!

It would need a little more cleaning of the tools used to clean on the floor. And also inspect from time to time the bathroom(in our case the shower made some noise and was leeking a little bit but no problem for us)

The location was brilliant for Kavarna, which really grew on us during our time. At first we found the area quite small but discovered there are a couple of really good restaurants there and a few others for other meals/drinks too. The local convenience stores stocked enough for breakfast, sandwiches, pasta, etc and the apartment kitchen had enough for preparing simple meals.

The swimming pool right next to the building so is in the shade, making it quite cold.

The location was not crowded, that’s what I liked the most. The place is with old furniture but in good condition. I didn’t liked that the place was not clean. 😕 the cleaning ladies don’t remove the dirt under furniture, I received the baby bed very dirty . It was a lot of hair on the floor and around the bed both human and animal hair( from a dog i think) however i read the reviews before, and i had my own cleaning products and towels .

The cleaning service

The location was excellent, very close to the beach. The apartment was spacious and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. We also really enjoyed having access to the pool, which was clean and not crowded.

Some of the furniture felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh to match the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the place.

The villa is beautiful, combining old and new style. Right at the beach in Kavarna. The staff is nice and welcoming. The apartment we rented was very spacious, welcoming 4 to even 6 people. Has two bathrooms (one of the rooms is en-suite). Has everything you need like an Airbnb for a longer stay. There’s a few parking spots in front but in general you can park in the area for free. AC is available in every room. Highly recommend it and would visit again!

Everything was excellent. The apartment is very big with 2 bathrooms, the kitchen is very well equipped and it is very close to mini markets, beach and restaurants. Really worth the price!

The room was very big and we had a beautiful view to the sea from our second balkany . Everything was just like in the pictures. Its just 2 minutes walk to the beach. This stay in Villa Allegra was just luxury.

Cosy nice architecture of the building and practical position of the triple room ground level with exit in the backyard, great location, comfortable staying with clean pool (even we didn't use it), useful kitchenette for breakfast.

Pretty little space for triple, even the bathroom was big, towels holder could have been bigger for beach towels.
