The room was absolutely perfect. It had everything you needed. I especially loved the flooring. We had a balcony, which would be perfect in the warmer months. The bathroom is large with an amazing shower. We dropped into the bar on our way back to the room from a special event we'd been to, and there were Christmas parties taking place. We were made very welcome to join the room and have drinks. We ended up staying there until the early hours with the owner and his son. Both are very kind, chatty men. We enjoyed our short stay very much. We will definitely stay again and will be recommending it to others we know who visit Balchick. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful place. Very quiet, as you can see in the photo attached, the room even had sea view, nice pool, the food was absolutely delicious: great taste, loved the breakfast and I really recommend having the dinner included through your reservation as well at their restaurant as it's fresh. The stuff was really welcoming, speaking great English, and always smiling. Thank you! I'd definitely come back soon.

The staff are really nice helping people, always there to help answer any questions you have. The pool was clean and the rooms are big and well equipped. A very important aspect is how delicious the breakfast was and very quickly brought to us after ordering it. We liked Balchik so much that we prolonged our stay.

What I didn't quite like was the bathroom, in size it was great, but the headshower was broken, the curtains were old and a bit trashed, the toilet seat was stained since it wasn't changed in a long time. A little issue were the chairs in the balcony, as they seemed worn out as well and the AC was leaking exactly in our room's balcony and also the AC was a really old one. We had problems opening and closing it. A big problem for us was that the fridge wasn't connected to the electricity when we went to hang around in the city. The electricity of the room is activated through the card you receive at the reception. This hotel really has the potential to be one of the best accommodation in Balchik if the owners or the management would be more attentive to details.

Very good value for the price. The staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning) is very professional and friendly. Very clean room (Marina and Svetka are doing a great job). Good breakfast (but there is room for improvement). Good restaurant. In the back of the hotel there is a woody.green hill full of villas and orchards. Fresh air. The hotel is relatively close to the Queen May's Palace and the Botanical Garden.

The hotel is a little bit far away from the center of Balchik and you need to walk about 15-20 min to the beach. Returning from the beach requires climbing some steep (and poorly maintained) stairs and those who are not in a good shape or have health problems might not enjoy that.

The price of staying in the hotel is, it can be said, low compared to what we received there. The room is neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and approachable. The breakfast is quite solid. There are a couple of activities within the hotel, which are free. The beach is a bit further from the hotel, but it was pleasant to walk around and see the details intended for tourists along the way. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Hello. Its a very nice and clean location. We liked everything, except one thing: at the dinner they did not had all from the menu, but maybe because it was late, around 9 PM. The reception person was very nice and she did her best to meet our request. We really appreciated this.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. It is quiet, relatively close to the sea. The quality-price ratio is ok.

In room 19, not all the lights are working. The outdoor air conditioning unit drips into the balcony over the seats. The doors of the dresser slide with difficulty.
