It's a proper 4-star hotel. Location is excellent, staff are friendly and very professional. The lobby bar on ground floor is a good place to meet friends and arrange work meetings. Great espresso too.

They should perhaps upgrade facilities in their rooms. We didn't have a kettle and coffee / tea selection in the room which has been the standard in hotels across Europe and beyond for more than ten years now. Broadband could be a bit faster. Bulgaria is known for its excellent internet connectivity and widely-available fibre packages.. so a slight upgrade to their broadband speeds would definitely benefit their guests. Apart from that, all was very, very good!

We booked for 5 people. 2 couples and 1 single. The location is at "the place to be". Proximity to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are pretty spacious.

First of all, there is a smell inside the rooms. This comes probably from the carpets. No problem if you open the windows, it goes away, however the moment you leave them closed it comes back. Secondly, emergency exits were poorly marked. Yes, there were signs every where, however their light is poor. In case of a thick smoke there is no way you can see them. Third, should all the guests sit for the breakfast at the same time, there would be not enough room for everyone in the restaurant.

I like the location, it is in front of the sea, the place has many restaurans to choose from, the parking is convenient and the breakfast is decent.

We did not sleep comfortably because of the temperature in the room. It was too hot… we tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn’t work, so we have to open the balcony door, so it won’t be too hot but after a few hours it gets really cold, so I need to wake up and close the door and it continued until morning time, so we really did not get enough sleep. Another thing, the style of the bathroom, when you take a shower, the whole bathroom will be wet, there is a shower curtain but it actually doesn’t make sense. Anyway, thats it… nevertheless everything was ok.

The hotel is very nice, close to Nomad Beach, and near main walking and shopping area. Breakfast was included and tasty. The hotel also has a restaurant with a beautiful view, food and service. Staff was nice and polite. The hotel also has a parking at 14 leva per day for hotel clients.

We made a reservation for a room with a sea view but at the first floor the view was the restaurant roof which is exactly in the front of the hotel. What we did not liked was a playground set up right next to the hotel with noisy until midnight.

Sitting on the balcony overlooking the Black Sea, with the restaurants below, and the people walking along the waterfront was a delight. Very nice property in an ideal location, great staff, breakfast on the waterfront, what’s not to like. Only minor complaint: bed was quite soft.

Bedding could be a bit better, but that’s a minor issue to an otherwise wonderful stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The balcony is very large and has a sea view. The room has old furniture, it feels dated. The breakfast was disappointing They have convenient parking but a bit expensive for Balchik.

The breakfast can be improved a lot, the parking should have asphalt for the price

excelent location. room had a huge terrace, just in the middle of the action. if the terrace would have 2 sun beds it would have been amazing.

very few choices for breakfast. hotel room even tough was cleaner, it needed some repairs. as the hotel in general, since it felt old an somehow negligently maintained.

Big rooms , really comfy bed, location is excellent close to the main beach and castle. Excellent value for money , standard but diverse breakfast.

I do not manage to understand the ‘walk in’ shower which is basically in the whole bathroom. Water gets everywhere :( and the decor is really oldish. Could use a refresh.

The room was spacious and had an extendable armchair for our child. A bottle of still water was offered by the hotel upon our arrival. The room was serviced daily. We enjoyed a great terrace instead of a balcony with a partial view of the sea. The hotel is right in front of the sea. Breakfast was good with enough choices to suit all tastes. A private parking lot is available near the hotel with a discounted fee for hotel guests (14BGN/day).

Perfectly placed on the seafront, quiet, cosy hotel. Very enghlish looking, loved the lobby and the elevator. Nice room, spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Clean bathroom, fully equiped, althoug small. The parking is a plus, although the way they count the time is a bit odd. The hotel has a restaurant on the seafront, with decent food.

A bit unconfortable în the bathroom (just a curtain, no tub at all, so the water was all over the place). The breakfast could be more diversified, also the products are pretty cheap.
