The location, it was practically in center of the city, an very quiet at night 🌙 cleaning 9, everyone nice and with a big smile on the face💞

Breakfast and coffee! AND LIGHTING!!! the light in the room was extremely dim, I always had the tendency to... turn it on... Basically for vegetarians you don't have much to eat, they don't have gluten-free products, and the jams/yogurt are in open jars, not individually packaged, like butter... coffee can't be drunk, and tea is in opened sachets. I think we can "work" on this chapter, we deserve it

Second visit to this little gem in balchik right near beach n restaurants bars few mins walk away. Staff and owner marryane very nice and well run hotel. lovely receptionist, Great pool.for a change to.the beach great relaxing vibe and friendly hotel.

Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The only downside is that the hotel does not have parking and sometimes it is quite complicated to find a parking spot.

Good situation. Main street In Balchik. Price ok.

The pool was nice and clean. Aircon was really nice and manage to cool and warm the room for 5-10mins.

The breakfast is same everyday. There was no clothes dryer on the terrace and the chairs there were a bit uncomfortable. There is no cellular connection no matter which company you use. Way too many people on single router, and it kick me every 5min.

Perfect Location in balchik Center 2min to the sea, 15min from center beach Balcony! Not a nice view but nice to sit outside even in the evening The room was quite Big

The bathroom was very small, the shower had no curtain and a size of 50x50cm which made it impossible to not flood the entire bathroom. The center of the bathroom had a drain which smelled a lot through the entire room. Rooms don’t have a water boiler and upon asking you are not allowed to use the one from The breakfast room during the day. The breakfast was very bad, very low quality food which is not enjoyable at all.

The rooms were clean and looked nice. You can see that they have been modernized.

The breakfast was really, really bad.... The pool looked way better in the pictures. It really isnt that much in reality...

Good location and friendly stuff, very clean, spacious room, cute pool.

Forget about the free breakfast, it was awful, even the coffee was instant coffee, the bathroom was clean but it had a sewers smell coming out of drainage, the bed was very uncomfortable and extremely noisy, the lights were not by the bed, the balcony was very small and everyone could see in our room, the refrigerator froze everything we put in, WiFi only worked by the balcony. This was room 301.
