A good value for the money. Our room was ready by the time we arrived, and we were immediately offered to check-in, which happens quite rarely, so we appreciated this nice touch. The room turned out to be spacious and clean, except for the balcony. However, the view from the balcony was charming! The food was varied, and we could always find a dish that suited our tastes.

We were a bit disappointed that the only way to enter the sea was by using a ladder. Additionally, I was not impressed with the drinks offered at the hotel (Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite from the dispenser or juice from concentrate) - all of them were incredibly sweet and, in my opinion, didn't help quench thirst at all. For me, a simple lemonade made from mineral water with a slice of lemon and an ice cube is a summer must-have, which also wouldn't strain the hotel's budget.

Room was clean, beautiful sea view, linen on the bed very comfortable, water pressure good, food was amazing as always. It is my forth time when i stay in this hotel. Best value for money hotel in the region. Staff is great and they speak in English. Keep up the excellent services you offer to tourists.

Hangers for the towels in the bathroom are missing. Need some adjustments and are very practical to hang different things. In the pool please put less chlor as sometimes it affects the eyes.

The food. We had food poisoning and stood in bed 2 days.

The food was the surprise of the stay : plenty, fresh, delicious and with many types of food selections(grills, cooked foods, salads, fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, olives, cheese, meats, eggs, cakes, sweets, icecreams...almost everything you can think of) Rooms were clean. You could find sun beds at any time, free of charge. Parking was free in the public parking in the immediate proximity of the hotel (even if it is public parking it has video surveilance so it is safe) Near the hotel you can find 2-3 shops with good prices if you want to buy water, juices, wine, snacks, etc...( for example 2 leva for a beer or juice) The hotel has an outside pool and inside pool with jacuzzi plus two nice saunas.

The drinks were on the opposite side - the cheapest local spirits possible. The non-alcoholic drinks were from juice dispenser, and of very poor quality. Wine was not drinkable at all. The beer was a cheap, very light beer, from dispenser also. An advice to hotel management : you could easily exclude some food types/selections and use the saved money to increase the quality of the drinks.

Nice, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. The spa is pretty nice. You have sun beds included. It was pretty quiet and nice, perfect for a weekend getaway.

Food wasn’t very tasty. The drinks included in the all inclusive back were pretty basic, some basic sodas, wine and a couple of super basic cocktails like rum and coke. There were lots of stains on the walls from people who have killed mosquitoes in the past which have not been cleaned. We also had a big spider in our room 🙈. Additionally, we’ve booked a room with an extra large double bed, we got a room with 2 beds which were put close to each other but it was pretty easy to create gaps between them. We’ve asked for a room with double bed at the reception and they’ve told us that they only have 3 rooms with double beds in the entire hotel and none of them are available…

We've been here before and we felt again very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are amazing, very spacious, toilets the same, huge, hot water all the time, AC in the room, big terrace with very nice view to the sea, beds are big enough and comfortable. Everything looked clean, the cleaning lady came in the 2nd day to clean the room even if we stayed only 2 nights (so it is not ture what others are saying that they are not cleaning the rooms). They have a paid parking place, but we used the free one from the main road. Luckily city responsible repaired the streets around the hotel so the roads down there are very good now. Food was very good, a lot of things to try, diversified every day(maybe you can add more fruits). We didnt test the pool, but it looked clean. We tried the Gym, really nice, silence and enough equipments, clean also. We didnt try the spa. The beaches are nice there.

I know is not the most important thing when you have a holiday, though in 2024 would be nice to have smart TVs in the room, so we can watch some Netflix, Youtube, or anything else. Though at least there were a lot of TV channels, even Romanian ones.

Clean hotel, clean rooms, cleaning in the rooms is done every day, food is good but it wouldn't hurt to be more diversified and more emphasis on seafood (we are at the sea though), drinks to be more diversified. Overall it is a good hotel especially for families with children and for rest as it is a quiet location.

It would be advisable to emphasize the cleanliness in the vicinity of the hotel, the cleanliness of the beach and the outdoor pool.

Very nice place, nice staff. I was positive surprised. Clean rooms , no smell in the rooms . Food was good.

To crowdy spa on the weekend ,there was no place to sit or lay available , way too small pool and space / no towels availbale because of that.Families and a lot of children . Restaurant for no smokers and smokers are with open doors inbetween so as no smoker i had to enjoy the smell on my cloths after the dinner .

- The proximity to the sea - The room was nice, large and had a nice view, even if it was one with a partial sea view - Towels were changed whenever we needed it - Food was good and varied

- Being on the top floor, the toilet was making some weird noise from time to time - The room could have been cleaned a little bit better before check-in (spider webs, spider at the windows, windows should be wipped better)
