Location, big room, view, friendly staff

The room was really clean. The hotel has a great location and the breakfast was excelent.

Excellent location right next to the beach and promenade. Our suite was gigantic - two bathrooms!, with a huge balcony as well.

Breakfast could have offered some more options for vegetarians: The cheese selection is a bit sad and most of the salads on offer at the buffet had meat or fish in them. Not the hotel's fault, but be mindful that if booking for spring or summer, you are likely to not have a full view of the sea, as the trees in front of the balconies block most of it.

Perfect location for the seaside in Mangalia. Very nice staff and a very good restaurant with a varied menu (including the breakfast). There were live music events at the restaurant. The room was clean, larger than other rooms from the Mera Hotel in Venus. There were free parking spots next to the hotel.

In our bathroom there was a rusty radiator. It could use a refresh.

Very comfortable stay with pleasant and helpful staff, very warm room in the winter, nice breakfast choices. We got a room with a seaview and really enjoyed our time.

Nothing really, I would gladly stay again and recommend the hotel. But if I have to add something here, it would have been nice to have fresh juices instead of machine juices for breakfast.

The A/C in the room didn't quite work good enough, it didn't cool down the room enough,during the day it was insufficient for hot weather

The best possible location — quiet, with a view to the beautiful linden trees and the sea, yet a very steps away from the central area of Mangalia; the staff is polite and some are very friendly and nice; the room was clean, bright, spacious and nicely designed, with a very comfortable bed and an equally comfortable sofa, plenty of extra linen; complimentary water was replenished daily; the excellent breakfast buffet included many tasty options and the coffee was great

It tends to smell of food in the hallway and the smell also came into the room when I left the balcony door open; parking was not available throughout my stay due to construction work but that is not the hotel’s fault; the music in the restaurant could use an update to something more jazzy and modern and some variation, as it was the same every morning

Excellent position and view from terrace or room (if the room is with sea view). Very friendly staff, good breakfast and a la carte restaurant, nice and clean room.

Nothing to dislike (the food was very good, tasty, large portions, maybe to have more options in the menu, including vegetarian or lacto-vegetarian dishes).

- well renovated hotel - clean - good position and nice terrace - personel attitude - ok !

- air condition unit was not functioning !!! we needed to change the room which was at the last floor due to too high temperature . could not sleep well.. Air conditioning system was not started - they were, most probably waiting for the high season to start !!! - very, very small elevator - for max 2 persons. - waiters struggling to serve all the crowd in the restaurant and in the terrace. Need more personel. - got stomach troubles after I ate one warm salad at the restaurant - maturated meat on the stone - looks good but it does not taste as maturated meat - not enough parking places and personel does not give you good explanations where can you park without getting troubles
