The policy of imposing the permanent wearing of a plastic bracelet (from the moment of your arrival) if you want to benefit from hotel supplied breakfast. This is very uncomfortable and makes you feel unwelcome - we refused it and took our breakfast at some other venue nearby The water tank of the toilet was not working properly (a number of times the button became stuck on the "on" position), and there was a bad smell in the otherwise clean bathroom (probably from the sewer system) The hotel is generally well kept, but there are some things that need to be fixed, like the cracked floor tiles on the front entrance stairs and on the front garden alley

Dropped like thunder after midnight, by mistake ending up in a wrong city. Receptionist was extremely helpful guiding me where to find a 24/7 in the neighborhood. So I woke up to the sound of waves whispering on the shore and sun looking beside the curtains. Wonderful continental breakfast.

There was no blanket, like, at all, just a sheet. Not a disaster with +30 these days, but a thing to take a note of. Strange smell in the bathroom, as if there was a leakage or mold, for the rest it was clean and neat.

Reception staffed 24 hours. I was able to check in at 8 pm. Bed was very comfortable, room temperature adjustable and pleasant, shower pressure fantastic and very clean bathroom.

Extra pillows should be available. I was lucky travelling alone so could use the 2nd pillow. The only one pillows would not have been comfortable. A mini kettle should be provided. Very dissapointed to realise I cannot have a warm drink on the room. I have struggled with sockets, just not enough and in unsuitable places. An extended stay when working is required ie laptop and other devises are essential, would have had a different rating.

The rooms on the seaside have the most beautiful view to the sea, the garden and the promenade. From here you feel close to both the sea and the locals, which makes the 3,5 hour trip from Bucuresti all worth it. It is also central, easy access to restaurants and shopping. The balcony in october has sunlight from 9- 12. The sauna was great after baths in chilly weather! There is a litte refridgerator in the room. About the staff, we felt so welcome. We are definetly coming back!

It would have been useful with a kettle in the room. Carpet on the floor.

The view of the Black Sea from the ground floor is not that good.

The staff was absolutely amazing and accomodating. I was very impresed with the cleanliness, unexpected for a three star hotel. I have travelled to many countries, stayed in five star hotels and I can say that the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff matched, if not rivaled that of a five star hotel.

Everything, from the personal staff till the rooms, very good location, quiet perfect for having a proper rest.

Great place for our short holiday during 1st of May - superb location on the seafront, very kind and helpful staff, and spacious apartments on 3rd floor. Clean, comfortable, recently refurbished.

It would be great to have access to espresso and tea facilities either in the lobby or in hotel apartments/ rooms. At present, you have to ask the ladies from reception to make them for you.

Very friendly staff speaking good English.Could not have been more helpful Spotlessly clean.Short walk to beach. Good breakfast. Small gym with indoorbike,,treadmill,weight machine plus dumbbells and punch bag.

We didn't have a sea view.These rooms with balconies are more expensive and we're sold out on our first night but we stayed and extra 2nights and we're able to move into one easily
