Room is as described, clean with all necessary items and close to many shops and night market. Within walking distance to bus stop that takes you to the high speed rail station.

The soundproof isn't great, and the window was facing the carpark level so basically have to keep the blind down throughout the stay. Slept really well the first night however on the second night the family (?) staying next door the parents (?) were having an argument so loud at 3.50am it woke me up as I could pretty much hear everything the guy said, and I had to yell back across the wall to ask them to lower down voices as they just wouldn't stop.

Great location. Love the Toto toilet, Nespresso machine, high quality toiletries. Bed is very comfortable. Rooftop looks nice. Staff is friendly and 珮㚬was above and beyond while helping me checking out, 5 ⭐️ service!

Elevator was broken when I arrived. It was not notified ahead of time (while I received two messages the day of arrival) I had to take stairs with my stubborn 1 year old to 6th floor who insisted climbing himself. Staff did bring up my remaining luggage after it was fixed but nothing else was offered. Room is rather small. King size bed took pretty much all the space. Non of the light fixtures work besides the main one (which is probably why they provide a small table lamp). Floor was not cleaned after house keeping service requested during 4 night stay. Booking website mentioned there was a family lounge room but was no longer offered.

A sea of polluting scooters blocking every road and footpath - inadequate public transport for the poor people having to put up with this situation. Hotel was very good though, if you want to stay in this area of town. Overnight car parking available nearby for 360NT which you will have to add to the price of your room.

there were 2 free bottle of water and a fruit plate which was tasty, the room i stayed was clean and spacious, especially the bed was very comfortable. The staff was also kind to give a call prior to my arrival.

Initially when i entered the room, I could smell the humidity, but after opening the window and turned on the AC, the smell was gone quickly. I don't like that the hotel was gonna ask me to wire the payment if I intended to arrive late.

Location excellent, good size room with a desk and decent ensuite shower room and bidet toilet. Hotel felt quite classy especially for a 3 star

Our rooms windows overlooked air con plant and into a car park, so lit up overnight which meant we kept the blinds shut for our 5 day stay

Everything a traveler wants: clean and quiet room, good location, and friendly staff. This place has it all. Bed is comfortable and toiletries are high quality. I’ll stay here if I ever come back.

The staff（Yu Qing) is very friendly and helpful. She has provided reference information of the neighborhood, including the parking location and local restaurants. She greets us every time when we see her. Nice services.

The only thing I do care is the quality of bed. The mattress is tilt to one side. Hope the hotel can check them asap. It is closed to the hospital. Ambulance runs through time to time.

Great location, near to convenience stores and supermarket, generally clean and comfy beds and bathroom. The ladies at the reception were always kind, patient and ready to help.

There was a problem of dust accumulation in the bathroom, especially behind the bathroom door.

The best part about this hotel is the wonderful and beautiful staff. Especially, 可愛，熱情，親切的文瑜小姐。 她人超級好. She was so friendly to my daughter, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away as it is often very stressful to travel with young kids. She even gave my kids cute towels as goodbye gifts! So thoughtful!! Miss Wen is so sweet and had such amazing service. The other front desk lady, was also very very nice!! When she saw that my husband was foreign, she used English right away to explain things to him. So helpful and kind!!! I must also mention that, the front desk ladies were both very pretty...and had such lovely smiles even behind their masks!! I really do believe that it is the staff of a place which leaves a lasting impression on customers. The hotel smelled like a bali spa. It smelled so fresh and clean... omg. We loved it!!! The hotel was also incredibly clean and had the best shampoo and bath wash soap. ( Spa like quality) The pillows were comfy and bedsheets smelled clean. It also wasnt loud so we were able to give a good nights sleep. 真的超級超級愛上這個旅館！！！ This review is written by the wife.
