Our Stay in GrandTaj hotel is very excellent. Staff, rooms and cleaning is super. Specially car parking is good and safe.

The Taj Hotel is located close to bus stand, which can easily approached by public transport from all major cities of Pakistan.

There were some unsafe conditions which need to be rectified. 1. Steps right in front of Room#306 , are not levelled which can result in trip and fall of an individual. 2.There is a large opening in stairs connecting 2nd and 3rd Floor, which is dangerous.

A newly constructed and well-maintained building, right in front of Murree Bus stand however a little far from Mall Road which is the main attraction of Murree. Breakfast was really good, beds were comfy. Hot water was available. Overall a good experience.

Little noisy in the morning due to the bus stand and the location is a little far away as well from Mall Road (approx 15 mins walk away).

Everything was exceptional,i will recomend it for all to come and enjoy the luxury of grand taj especially the netflex service was one of the best.I have forgotten my CNIC at reception which they have sent it later on through TCS so i appreciate this very much..

The ambiance was pleasant, and the facilities provided were satisfactory. However, the limited heating timings (a few hours in the morning and from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM in the evening) could be improved, especially during colder months. Breakfast: Breakfast was a highlight, offering a decent variety of dishes that were both fresh and delicious. Hotel Food: The food served at the hotel was flavorful and well-prepared. The menu had good options, and the service was prompt. Hotel Staff: The staff was professional, courteous, and well-trained. They were attentive to guests’ needs, enhancing the overall experience. Suggestions for Improvement: Extending the heating timings for guest comfort during winter.Overall, Grand Taj Hotel in Murree offers a pleasant stay with great staff and clean facilities, making it a good choice for visitors.

I noticed that the bed sheets and quilt covers were not clean as they didn't change after the previous guests departure

Breakfast was very good. Especially parathas.

Clean, Hygiene, Friendly, respectful and polite staff. Food was up to mark and tasty. Room was verrryyy good 👌🏻
