Nice place, room comfortable. Clean. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are so nicely done. I had some apprehensions for the noisy sound of the city, but it was fine, not loud. The windows seems double glazed. Goa restaurant is nice.

There is no English breakfast tea in the room (only herbal teas!!) There are toooo many power-cuts - so uncomfortable specially when taking a bath The room fridge was a bit smelly though. The rooftop restaurant is not too good. The oxygen bar is sooo expensive. The goa restaurant however is very nice.

I did not have breakfast, but I did have diner at the Goa restaurant which was very nice. The room was spacious, clean. We had the weekend for us after work, Steve very nicely organised everything for us with a local guide. The 2 tours we did went fine. The reception personnel very thankfully helped us to exchange money into Ariary and kindly responded to all our queries. Special thanks to Steve who made us feel very welcome during our stay.

An oasis of peace to recharge after long journeys. We appreciated the spaciousness of the room and bathroom, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, always ready to resolve any issues, and especially the spa area: a very large, 1.30-meter-deep pool, a gym, a sauna, and a hammam. The cuisine at La Canopée restaurant, with its adjoining terrace, was excellent.

The Hotel in itself is very nice and the rooms architecture is very good. The staff of the Hotel are very pleasant. The hotel has also 3 restaurant which gives you plenty of choices,

The Wifi connection is very poor. At some point there has power failure but this is due to the feeder line locally.

Had to ask for a bathrobe as the cleaners did not replace it for 3 consecutive days Hotel restaurant does not serve alcohol. AC not too user friendly. It's either too hot or too cold

I was absolutely satisfied with everything in the hotel starting from the shuttle and finishing with the shower. The bed was comfortable and I fell in love with the bedding! Lol I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends 🧡

it was saterday night and some other clients came back during the night and I could hear them talking very clearly even though they were in the corridor

Everything at Le Centell is fabulous. From the reception to the room, the showers are great, the beds incredibly comfortable, sound proof walls mean you can overlook the city and not wory about the noise. The restaurants are great, one features indian cuisine (fabulous!) and the other more grilled foods and the shisha bar and fantastic drinks. Can't wait to try the spa next time!

The Front Desk crew is very good and reliable and very helpful, including the Concierge,,, 4.. Housekeeping is absolutely wonderful,,, very hardworking crew, and very meticulous to the detail of the comfort of the guests,,, John

the bed was comfortable, the restaurant and food and their restaurant’ staff were awesome, the spa, the view and the room itself was very modern and clean. The free parking is a plus.

the receptionist who checked us in. She was very unprofessional and was straight up rude. I don’t think it’s personal. I think it’s lack of education and manner. the hotel is good but she sets the tone in a very negative way. Hotel Centell needs to train their staff and make sure sure they are knowledgeable of etiquette of normal interaction. After a 26hrs flight from Houston, the process of checking in was a negative experience.
