Great location right on Central Park. Beautiful room interiors and the beds are really comfortable (the sofa bed not so much). Kitchen with gigantic fridge, microwave, toaster and dishwasher and Wholefood Market for all your groceries needs just nearby on Columbus Circle.

We reserved a One-Bedroom Suite with Park View and the reception staff did not say a word about being downgraded to one of the equally nice but cheaper City View rooms. It would have been nice to let us know about the change upfront before entering the room.

Very friendly staff , Front door, reception and cleaners when went to room safe was broken and then came and replaced within the hour Had a gym with brand new Technogym equipment , not the usual ""rusted got it on ebay type "" Indoor heated Pool was nice after a long day felt super safe with hotel security and small lobby Beds were very comfy , firm with a soft top Concierge booked a nice restaurant for us Location is 10/10 across from park and in a safe part of town , not seedy like around Times square district Is next to subway #1 , A,B,C,D lines Has mini Kitchen so can make your own breakfast and snacks , wholefoods is a 5 min walk we stayed for a week and normally there is some unresolved issue but had none

My 15-day stay at Trump International Hotel at Columbus Circle was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in an excellent location, the hotel offered easy access to daily strolls in Central Park and visits to the iconic Lincoln Center. What stood out most, however, was the unparalleled hospitality extended to us by the hotel. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a Junior to an Executive Suite. This generous gesture enhanced our comfort, but also made our stay more memorable. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with luxurious amenities that catered to our every need. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. Their attention to detail, prompt assistance, and genuine care significantly contributed to the overall excellence of our experience. Whether it was assistance with reservations, or simply greeting us with a warm smile, the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating. The exceptional hospitality, coupled with the thoughtful complimentary upgrade and the consistently excellent service, made for an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a touch of luxury and impeccable service in the heart of New York City.

Great location, right next to Central Park. The staff are helpful. There's an amazing supermarket across the street. The room features a nice kitchen, making it very convenient to cook some nice food when the weather isn't good.

However, the biggest issue is the water temperature; it's quite unstable during showers, and the water pressure is also low. The reception area is a bit old and small. The size of the bedroom itself isn't that big, as the room includes two walk-in wardrobes and a kitchen area, which take a lot of space.

It’s an incredible property and very well located in the heart of Central Park. The service is amazing and the Central Park apartments view is astonishing.

It’s necessary some slight adjustments in apartments as some old pillows and sofa.

The position of the hotel was perfect for us in front of Central Park. Our hotel rooms were amazing with full floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. They had the most comfortable beds and were kept spotless by housekeeping all week.

All the extra Amenities. They brought coloring books and t-shirts for the kids. They brought a bottle of wine for my husband and I. They thought of everything.

We were pleased with every aspect. Nothing we would have changed.

Facing Central Park I loved the location. And metro station right on the door step. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. Cleaning services for room were great. Loved it can’t fault it.

The staff were all amazing, our 1-bedroom suite overlooking Central Park and Columbus Square was phenomenal. the little details of the room were on point (I.e., light switches all labeled), the welcome champagne for our Honeymoon (after traveling around the world for 3 weeks that was our first and only Honeymoon welcome). Very clean, great location, and everyone was beyond helpful and friendly with our 2 kids as well. They even offered childcare services (which we LOVED, Claire went above and beyond—even FaceTimed us before the kids went to sleep). AND the kids were greeted with Trump Kids activity bags & T-shirts. A great place to stay in NYC!
