I honestly don't know where to start when it comes to praising this accommodation. We booked the Junior Suite with Pool and Garden View without thinking too much about it, but we were genuinely blown away by the experience. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was not only huge but also extremely comfortable for two people. Everything was spotlessly clean, and to our surprise, we didn’t encounter a single bug or spider—something you might usually expect in warmer climates. Breakfast was lovely and offered a great start to each day. A massive thank you and heartfelt shoutout to Dimitra, who truly made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we booked until the moment we left, she went above and beyond—offering fantastic recommendations for food, activities, and even helping us with our transfer to the airport. Her kindness and support made all the difference. If I ever return to Santorini, I will absolutely be staying here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elements Cozy Suites , and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Here are some highlights of my stay: Early Check-In: The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. It was a great way to start our vacation. Breathtaking Island Views: One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the stunning view of the island from the terrace. It provided a picturesque backdrop for relaxation and unwinding. We couldn't get enough of it! Cozy and Comfortable Room: The room itself was wonderfully cozy, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We loved coming back to our room after a day of exploring. Private Jacuzzi Bliss: The private jacuzzi was the cherry on top! It provided the ultimate relaxation experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed unwinding in its warm and soothing waters. It added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Inviting Outdoor Swimming Pool: Although we didn't get the chance to try the outdoor swimming pool, we couldn't help but notice how inviting and well-maintained it was. It looked like the perfect spot to cool off and soak up some sun. Exceptional Staff: The staff at Elements Cozy Suites deserves special mention for their friendliness and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. We had a beautiful stay with exceptional hospitality! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with complimentary gelato—which was absolutely delicious. Dimitra went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from helping us rent an ATV to organizing breakfast during our stay. The jacuzzi was always warm and ready to enjoy, adding a perfect touch of relaxation. The host/receptionist was consistently available and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere!

Amazing and warm-hearted Service (Dimitra is very committed on giving great advice for trips, tours and everything else, she helped us pick the perfect location for birthday dinner), also super clean rooms, very calm, quiet and relaxed atmosphere, great location in beautiful picturesque Pyrgos - we stayed only three nights but had the most relaxing stay of our whole Greece trip. Could have stayed our whole vacation there. Delicious breakfast! The most comfortable bed with memory foam mattresses :)

Dimitra was exceptionally helpful - all the reviews that mention her are true! She organised our transfers to/from the airport, sorted us a car hire for the day, organised a boat trip for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and many more things. The suite was very spacious. Cleaned daily and the staff were very thorough with it. The location, for exploring Pyrgos, was great. Many restaurants, little bars/cafes, convenience stores, within a few minutes walk. The terrace with hot tub and space to relax was perfect. The communal pool area was also clean and the sunbeds were comfy and always available when we wanted them.

Nothing we completely disliked. A couple of minor comments only. A very big bed which was great, but unfortunately we found the mattress was very firm - too firm for us.. The variety/consistency in breakfast varied. The food was very tasty and being delivered to the room meant we could eat with a seaview. Some days we would have a big waffle with honey, chocolate spread, biscuit crumb, fruit and some separate cereals. And the next day we would have a small plain omelette (+ fruit, yoghurt). Always tasty, but not always enough of the good stuff to satisfy two people.

The hotel are very new and comfortable to use, and the room decoration is very good. The room has an independent swimming pool with a very wide view, offering a distant view of the towns of Oia and Fira. I can enjoy breakfast by the swimming pool, and breakfast is also very thoughtful. Not far from the hotel, you can find restaurants, markets, and bus stops, which are very convenient. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and helped us call a taxi when we left, and saw us off. I am very grateful to her. Living here was a great experience.

The suite is cleaned and spacious with lounge and bedroom, large modern and cleaned bathroom, balcony with private jacuzzi, in brief very high standard facilities. We love fresh linen and bath towels but above all is the top rate service by Dimitra, a dedicated staff, polite and cheerful, she booked bus transfer and provided breakfast pack because we left the accommodation early. All necessary information was provided without asking.

Our suite was very spacious, it had everything that we needed for our stay.the decor in the rooms is beautiful, everything is very clean and new. The location was great. It is around a 5 minute walk to Pyrgos square where you can catch the bus to Thurs easily. The pool area is clean and rarely gets busy.

There is nothing that we didn’t like about the property. our only suggestions would be having another option at breakfast. we enjoyed the majority of the breakfast but feel less food would go to waste if there was an option to choose. It was sometimes inconvenient when the pool cleaner would visit our room to clean the plunge pool each day. He would come at around 7:30 which was when we were get either getting ready to go out for the evening or in the pool watching the sunset.

Loved the private jacuzzi, breakfast was yummy and delivered to your door every morning, the staff were helpful and kind. They organized our transfer from the port which was great. The facilities were clean and the property was very nice and beautiful. A short walk away from restaurants and shops. Also near a bus stop that went to Fira which you could then take another bus to all the other parts of the island. Not as busy as Thira, but still close enough to all the landmarks and high traffic areas.

Room was amazing! We had the private jacuzzi balcony. Beautiful, aesthetic design with stunning views. Perfect for photos! Staff were super friendly, and always on call through Watsapp. Service was great, with drinks always topped up in the fridge and cheaper than the local shops. Everything was nice and clean. There is also a larger pool area downstairs. 15 minute drive down to the many city of Fira, and loads of local shops and restaurants walking distance.
