Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was good too.

We booked because the hotel said dogs were ok. That is true but just for the room. The large breakfast room and the two restaurants next to the hotel (in the casino) do not allow dogs. That was an issue as our dog is quite old and epileptic so we do not leave her alone in a room.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff were absolutely wonderful. My cousin had the room next to mine and we both agreed how relaxed we felt. We were in St Amand les Eaux for a family wedding so it was an ideal location for being picked up and dropped off. We both like to walk so we were very pleased at how easy it was to walk into town or along the river.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Clean, spacious room. Nice towels and bathrobs. Large bathtub, good water pressure. Good sound proofing. Breakfast is okay.

Found the hotel with requirement of twin room couple of hours begore checkin. After booking confirmation staff called and told only doubles are awailable and we can get additional bed for additional price. Had to say "yes".

I’ve been coming to St Amand since 1986 as my husband was born there. Good to have a quality hotel as for a while, there was very little. This hotel has clean, comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom. Quiet. Great views across the surrounding countryside. lots of other facilities on site to choose from. good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
