We absolutely liked our stay, it exceded our expectations and after a very friendly welcome we felt aat home right away. The update of the hotelroom was very well done. When you enter the courtyard it doesn't look great, but it is for sure ! Higly recomended !

Vanlenciennes is not a great town, but we had a good time ! The square in front of the city hall is nice and there are many streets with nice restaurants. We cycled from Amsterdam to Paris and it just happened to be one of our stops. Don't expect to be in Paris yet ;)

The room was brilliant - large recently decorated and very comfortable we were very happy that we could also park our car inside the courtyard of the hotel rather than non the road outside. The outside of the hotel looks very tired and the reception area is being worked on so looks a bit of a mess - the staff were lovely and we had no complaints

The room was fantastic! enormous, comfy bed, walk-in closet, beautiful bathroom. Secure private parking. Lovely continental breakfast, freindly & helpful staff.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and were very welcoming despite our late arrival. My room was huge and very clean with a lovely new bathroom. It’s a great location in the town centre near the station and there is parking in the courtyard.

VERY Large gap under the door, could hear noises from outside due to it. Went out to a concert at 8pm and came back at 10:30 and had to ask in the pizza shop next door how to get back inside and they called someone who let me back inside.

The location was central, close to the supermarket and easy access to restaurants. The location is central but very quiet.

The parking lot is in a spot that needed to be opened, so once we parked on a nearby street, we had to ask them to open it when we checked in. That was the only hassle.

Thought the triple room wood be bigger but just the same as a double room with an extra bed in it!

It was a good experience and everything was very tidy and good In general, it is very good for relaxing on the road and has a great location. There is free parking and sometimes you can have free breakfast.
