The location of hotel is close to every thing you may wish to visit in Valenciennes! And the staff were very friendly with us!

It is not easy to find Parking over there, we ended up getting fined. After going back and forth we finally found a place to park our car but in the morning at our surprise, we found a piece of paper notifiying the fine for parking violation. But to be honest no signalisation in place to forbid parking!! But this did not stop us having fun in Valenciennes 😊

Nice room for 4 people at a reasonable price in a central but quiet part of downtown Valenciennes. Best part was the great service by the very friendly staff.

We could have known from the listing, but were somewhat dissapointed there was no fridge and water boiler in the room. Staff handled that perfectly by letting us use central facilities though.

This hotel has a lot of character. A world away from your usual chain ubiquitousness. I was able to put my bicycle in the garage for safe storage which was great.

A little more breakfast variety would be good.

The building is a bit worn down but if you stay for one night it’s perfect for the money

Nice portier, very kind and helpful. Parking outside or nearby 2.50 h. free on Sunday and in the week free only night time and after 18.

Very old b&b , room without shower as booked and very poor breakfast ( 10 euro)

Good location with parking, Rooms on main floor, Large room, Breakfast ok, Staff very helpful, Nice little Bar. Close to lovely local Bistro.

Just had to be aware od bathroom step and drop into shower.

All a single traveller needs. Lovely personnel, I felt well cared for. My bicycle was safely stored in the garage and I got some complimentary water bottles for the road. Thanks!

Clean and good value

The room was too hot and noisy street so couldn’t open windows at night

Location is great with square, shops and restaurant close by. Easy to find. Without asking, we were given garaging for our motorcycle.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Good fees for pets

No air conditioned in the room. It was little too warm
