A very pleasant hotel. Staff were very friendly and all spoke good English. Swimming pool was very pleasant and the room was sufficient. My only comment would be that the toilet was very small and the shower in the bathroom was not very efficient. Apart from those points all very acceptable.

We did not realise that breakfast was not included in the price paid and we had to pay for that. The only possible poor comment is that we were told by the staff it was a five minute walk to the centre of the village. It was more than that but not unacceptable but it is a fairly steep walk back up and not good for older people!

We are satisfied with this hotel as its location is not far away from centre and beach by walking , it has a nice parking place for free to choose .Its surrounding is quietly but not isolated . Kids could play in its clean swimming pool. And their reception is soooo nice and warmly to introduce and present what you consult .

The choices or varieties of breakfast could be a bit more diverse. and a room with new painting has a little of smell , suggest to put some orange-scented or fragrance-based products in the room to remove doors and repel mosquitoes.

Wonderful location, moments from the centre of Cassis with only a short hill walk which was fine for us with small children. The pool was a wonderful oasis, enough shade and different depths of water for all. Nice space to relax. Really friendly and helpful staff who spoke several languages when our French failed!

The only thing that really lets the hotel down is that the building itself feels quite tired and in need of a refresh but for us this was outweighed by the price in August compared to other hotels and the location.

The staff at the hotel are super friendly. We didn't like the room that was originally assigned to us and we got moved to a different room the next day. Close to the town centre and easy to reach with car & public transport.

The pool was closed when we were there and we'd love to come back to see it being open. The breakfast is a bit limited and can do with a few upgrades.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel! It was simply perfect all round. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and the room was immaculate (same for rest of hotel) and cleaned daily. We all loved the pool which was a great place to relax after a day out. Breakfast was good too - lots of choice and plentiful. The Royal Cottage was very tranquil and we look forward to staying there again.

The pool water was chilly and didn't go except for our kids. The room was clean and friendly staff. Overcharged the minibar. We stayed in Paris and it was a free bar. Overall, very nice stay. Except for a noise in the morning cleaning above.

Maybe add a net in the window and doors, so bags from outside it won't come inside like mosquitos.

Great location just a short walk from the port area but in a very quiet area. Bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly. Our standard room was small but well laid out and the small patio was an extra bonus. We would absolutely stay again.

Our room was very nice and the terrace an extra treat! Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could easily walk from this location to the centre ville de Cassis. Very homey. Unfortunately, we didn't see the pool and found out as we were leaving that there was a pool!

Fantastic location -walking distance of harbour,shops and restaurants. A3star hotel with a fabulous room and balcony. Didn’t sample the pool but really impressed with the facilities. Good size room and bathroom. Very helpful staff. Bonus of on-site free parking. Would highly recommend.
