This ex-Selina hotel is really well managed and very comfortable. Fantastic location, spacious rooms (we stayed in a private room with en-suite bathroom) and a comfy bed. The restaurant is also very nice, has air-conditioning and the staff are lovely (especially our waiter Marlon!) We were able to leave our luggage after check-out and use the hotel facilities, which was very handy! There was a little market outside the hotel in the evening where we bought locally made souvenirs, which was a nice bonus.

The pool area is a bit dated and some areas of the hotel could do with a bit of refurbishment, but overall no issues.

Location and facilities. Very spacious and comfy private room.

The staff. They did not resolve anything. Poor assistance for resolution. Most of the tours and van leave at 7 am and the restaurant opens at 7. Even if you have breakfasts included you have to rush and maybe you don’t get to have it. If you go to the bar they shut you down. The bar should open 6:30. Another thing that is not from Selina but good to know is that if you book the transfer you will only know the exact time the night before - it can go from 7 to 12 pm. The good thing is that leaves you in the hotel en rio.

At the end I was disabled and I did ask for help with my cases down to reception, unfortunately no one came. Also not many staff spoke English!!

The staffs were extremely friendly and always willing to help. I also loved the massage, the swimming pool, and the bed was fairly comfortable.

The men's bathroom upstairs was a bit dirty and the toilet seats were broken.

Shared rooms are quite nice and bed is super confortable with 2 big and nice pillows! Also one locker and one safe to keep your baggage and values! Nice pool area to enjoy.

Maintance of the showers and shared bathrooms. Not much ambience for a solo traveler.

The location, the bed, the bathroom, the breakfast, the cinema, the facilities, the events and the people. My first stay at a Selina's! Extremely well accomodating staff!!

The cleaning is carried out every third day or so in the rooms but it did not bother me as I stayed in a shared room. As previous have said, some staff is nice, others not so much.

This spot was great for working, relaxing, having fun, and exploring the town of Buzios! The staff was wonderful and the space was comfortable, open, and beautiful!

Hostel vibe in a resort style place, Selina exceeded my expectations. I made a lot of new friends as well. You can book tours directly with them. Easy to come and go, lovely to stay in and rest for the night lounging by the pool.

The trademark SELINA they had like polítics, that their clean services was every 3 days. This is a great problem by the way. The room 122 in the check-in time, has a vomitive smells, and this situation has ocurred everyday. Dont have enough services workers.
