The property is right on the beach! The staff was very polite and attentive! There were three pools to choose from, one in the front and two in the back. There is a nice restaurant located in the facility that serves breakfast and a full menu all day…. They have complementary washer and dryer services and a surplus of bell hops, which makes it convenient to load and unload your luggage.. also, because the facility is located on a beach they have a shower station right when you come from the beach so you don’t have to track sand into your room.

I didn’t like that there was no complementary breakfast for the price that we paid

The rooms with the kitchens! The beds were so comfortable. I love my balcony view and the easy walk right to the beach! The lady’s came around every morning and night to make sure we had enough towels and to see if we needed anything else!

The parking. There should be more places to park especially carport parking. It should be designated for those who bought the higher priced rooms or handicapped people. I also didn’t like that the property didn’t have complimentary breakfast. The prices were too high.

The hot tubs, the heated pools, the cleanliness and the sweet Momma B at the front desk! She gave me papers explaining everything and took the time to tell me all the good places to go and tour! We loved her! She needs a raise, The lady that checked is in wax very short with us and didn't explain anything about the hotel. We didn't know where anything was so we had to talk to Momma B that spent a long time explaining everything we wanted to know. She was AMAZING 🤩

The lady that checked us in, very short with us and never explained anything about our stay with us!Y'all need a ramp on both sides of the steps so people with strollers and beach buggies don't have to go all the way around the parking lot to the other ramp. There need to be a ramp going into the heated pool too! We need a broom in the room to sweep up the sand in the doorway.We shouldn't be charged $18 for 3 drinks of apple juice and 2 refills! That is ridiculous! $100 for breakfast for 2 adults and a 3 year old is way to high! But overall we really enjoyed it!

Loved that the beach was right there! 3rd floor and balcony over the water got to see dolphins swimming every morning! Breathtaking!!

The Elevator didn’t work all but 2 days of our stay. Up 3 flights of stairs were hard especially when we’re first there hauling everything up to the room. And when you went places.

The hotel was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable, room was clean and smelled great, and the staff was very friendly. Location was perfect! We walked to several places to eat and steps away from the beach. Indoor and outdoor pool was a plus. We also loved having a balcony and kitchenette.

Nothing really bad to say. We were very pleased.

We ate in the restaurant for three mornings and the food was fabulous. It was plentiful and very tasteful.

The day we arrived, the front desk clerk was not welcoming. We all said she had no personality. She did her job but offered nothing else. We had questions and she gave mono answers. It was sad. ☹️

Nice place close to the beach. The room was clean and good size. Beds were comfortable. The kids love the pools, going from 1 foot pool to a 3 feet pool then to a 3-6 feet pool. using booking.com we had free breakfast for 2 adults. The housekeeping staff were very nice, cleaned every day. We had clean towels every day.

Our stay included free breakfast, I was not told was that I had to get a breakfast voucher. so our first breakfast was $70 for 2 adults and two kids... then happen that the free breakfast was only for 2 adults. So, I had to pay for the kids' breakfast (around $25 for both of them).

Breakfast was nice. Rooms were great with nice comfortable beds!

The ice machine was loud outside room during night - room 212. The outdoor showers were not working. Being close to the beach these are necessity. Also when we booked - it said breakfast was included in price and it was not.

We liked where it was located and we loved the view. The breakfast we had at the hotel was excellent and the hotel was in walking distance of lots of restaurants.

It seemed to have a drainage problem. At least while we were there. The sink, tub drained slow. My husband had to plunge the toilet twice. When it flushes it like it shreds the paper. Tankless tanks don’t seem to do well. If you walked to the pool, you had to wade thru murky water because there was a drainage problem there too.
