The staff/owners? where amazing and couldn't do enough for you. they went out of their way to help. above and beyond. lots of extras like vitamin drink and amenities pack to help recover from jetlag, shuttles to and from airport/port, water and drinks in room. perfect hosts.

Hairs in bath, no garden view, no separate living area and bedroom, no walkin shower as described by booking.com, however the staff/owners? (lovely lady and gentleman) made up for all that with going above and beyond.

The hosts were so great! They picked us up at the airport and took us back to the airport. It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep and a way to get to and from the airport. They gave us water, juice, and vitamin water which was so nice.

When I arrived the couple at check in were kind and helpful. They helped me with my bag to my room and explained about using the lights and remote and bed warmer! The room size was small but very adequate. Free water, coffee and tea was provided as well as a welcome pack with toiletries. Comfortable bed to sleep in. I stayed here due to a late arrival and not being able to catch the bus or train onwards to my final destination. I caught a taxi from the airport to the hotel as the shuttle service offered wasn't available. The taxi cost approximately 32000won. The hotel is about 5km from the Incheon bus terminal and about 20 minute taxi ride, It cost less than 10,000won.

The water temperature was not so hot in the shower..but it was still ok.

The location is perfect, lots of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. The lady at reception is super friendly, even she speaks very little of English, she was very kind with us, they waited us for 2 hours in the airport to pick up, and she offered us cake and water when we check out. We would stay again in the future.

The hotel is out of date, but it is still comfortable.

Lady that runs the place is very accomodating.shuttle was good and quick. Communication is good despite her not being very knowledgable in english but there are translation apps these days and she is proficient in using these. Surrounding area is nice, close to airport, plenty of places to eat. This area even has a small migrant population from the middle east so if your craving some dishes with middle eastern spices this area got you covered

Tipical love hotel stuf, sticky bed, bad finishing of room details and mirrors on places I dont necesarily would want them to be there. Also I had some problems with the wifi that sometimes didnt work for an hour or so this shouldnt be a problem these days since semi unlimited 4g is quite cheap even for short term visitors to korea

Smooth free airport pickup and dropoff, approx. 20 mins from the airport. Lovely staff who don't speak English. Spacious room with lots of facilities and extras including a welcome beauty kit, water and some soft drinks. Quiet and comfortable overnight stay in transit. Possibly one of the most quirky rooms I've stayed in with 7 kinds of wallpaper, random (wall) features and a mix of styles, highly entertaining :-) Didn't have the time to explore any of the surrounding area, it seemed shops and food places were closeby.

I forgot how hard some mattresses are in parts of Asia including here. Slept well nonetheless.

everything is ok except that the bathroom needs shower curtain so the water will not be sprinkled or flow on the floor which is not safe especially to older people. you should also have handrail installed immediately so there will be something to hold on when you slip.

The staff were very helpful.. I asked the owner to call Jumbo taxi to the airport. The location is strategic, surrounded by some halal restaurants and eateries. Near to Incheon Airport.

The lights for toilets 🤣🤣. It is quite rare for me to switch on/off the lights for toilets using remote control. But it's ok 😊. There was no window, so no view from the room.
