The inside is stunning! We loved the comfort of the building and the vibe it gives.

Front desk was having technical difficulties upon arrival. Instead of saying that guest were ignored and left to guess why no one was helping them. Joint room issues with quest next to our room grabbing the door handle and scaring us that someone was trying to come inside our room 5 or more times. The beds are on the smaller side definitely more like a full than a queen!!

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. Both of us have back issues, so we were very happy with how comfy the bed was. The room was quiet. We didn't have any issues with road noise or neighbor noise. The pool was decently warm, and the hot tub was perfect! We enjoyed the breakfast that was included. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

PResidential suite ! Staff was wonderful and helpful! Was able to bring my fur baby schnauzer and did great!

Breakfast still needs some work. Cold dry sausage. Staff were very pleasant and helpful though. Bed needs a new Mattress. Too soft and hard to get out of bed. Course who wants to with soft comforters and multiple pillows!

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the hot food especially the omelet station. The location was ideal for our purposes. The facilities were clean. A real great treat was the Manager's reception in the evenings where we got to enjoy a bottle of beer each.

However, it was disappointing that we had to pay for parking and internet. These should already be included in the accommodation since it is expensive already.

5th floor quiet except for neighbors kids running and yelling

Neighbors kids were running and yelling. Maybe make every other room filling? Ttv not working guide wouldn't come up no kong or espn to watch sports. Toilets near to floor. Very difficult to get up and down. No resturaunt or breakfast.x1. Need to work on breakfast. Poor quality. Coffee good.

Room was nice & it was clean. Had dinner at the Grill, it was delicious. Breakfast was good. Love the decor of the main lobby areas. I would recommend to family & friends. Washington is a beautiful state to visit.

The plug outlet in the bathroom did not work. The toilet was not flushing well. But not a deal breaker, minor stuff. I would stay there again if i have a chance.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, many options to choose from.

We didn’t know that on the same weekend we were there a private event would happen. The bad part It was in the middle of the hotel (which is open for all rooms ) with loud music and people announcing on the microphone for an auction until almost 10 pm.

room size - large and comfortable. the staff was wecoming and nice. the room was quiet, and I liked the view.

The coffee machine is outdated, and "tea drinkers" are forced to use the same coffee maker with almost no tea selection. The bathroom is a bit outdated. Only one elevator functioned.

Typical hotel breakfast buffet. They stopped refilling stuff a bit early I thought. Omlet station was nice but wait was too long for me. Location was great near the freeway
