The staff were very polite and helpful, the restaurant and reception area had been refurbished and it looked very nice, were were accommodated with our dog for meals which was appreciated.

There were clear signs of ongoing refurbishment, the corridors to the rooms had the false ceiling removed, and all the new services could be clearly seen, it made the corridors rather dark, but when the work is completed as we have seen in other hotels of the same group it should be much nicer, hence our not perfect score.

A last minute booking due to a failed previous booking so this hotel did save the day staff very helpful and friendly and informative, the layout and breakfast was good also early start so good selection for breakfast and away by 7 and too mention noticed sweet on reception nice little touch then again on the bed as a welcome mint tea was the choice of drink in the room refeshing

Of course the price was one but it was the sort of rate i was expecting and they did rescue me that night and did unclude breakfast the walls a little thin could hear voices and tv but soon off to sleep

There’s plenty parking, the staff were very friendly and we were in what looked like a freshly redecorated room. It was a basic and reasonably sized room with a large and very comfortable bed, lovely shower room, good air-conditioning, and excellent sound-proofing. The outside seating and swimming pool looked lovely, although we didn’t use the pool. The location was perfect – a short car journey to Beziers, a Carrefour with petrol station a short drive away, and an easy walk to Villeneuve les Beziers, where there are restaurants and a canal-side walk, and it’s less than 10 mins drive to the airport. I can recommend Pizzeria La Cremade on the canal side, a 20 min walk with only a very short section near the hotel that has no pavement. It looks like there are street lights all the way too.

Breakfast was good but not memorable. Don't panic if you miss the turning into the hotel car park, which is very soon after turning off the D612, just go round the roundabout and turn in from the other side of the road. Google maps doesn’t seem to know that there is a break in the central barrier to let you do exactly that 😊

Nice clean room……staff very helpful……parking secure………comfy bed….quiet (although next to busy dual carriage way……….nice evening meal……

Bathroom could do with update……. Couldn’t eat in restaurant with dog (little Lhasa)…..we were isolated in side-room…no big deal but seemed strange…..esp in France.

Very central for our travels to Spain. Very comfortable and the staff we welcoming and nothing was a problem even offered to make us some food even though the restaurant was closed.

The staff were lovely - we forgot one of our children's belongings and they called up to let us know and kept it aside for us to collect the following week.

The perfect location for us on our road trip. Close to the beach and close to the city and easy access to the motorways. It’s like a little oasis and the staff couldn’t be nicer.

The bed was really confortable and the hotel was quiet. They even had gluten free for breakfast. The whole staff was really kind and professional.

Good location, they are remodeling and results look great, i liked the pool and there is a good restaurant on sight
