Firstly you do NOT need a 4x4 or off-road vehicle to reach Wood Farm as one reviewer suggested although a good sat-nav does make it easier to find! When you do reach the property you will find a delightful oasis of peace and tranquility and an extremely hospitable welcome from Helen and her husband. Our double room was spacious with a most comfortable bed and an en-suite of substantial proportions. Views are out over the garden and surrounding countryside - lovely to wake up to in the morning. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful. All in all this was everything that is great about tradition B&B and at an extremely reasonable price - we would have no reservations in recommending Wood Farm to friends and family - it was a lovely weekend visit.

It was warm and cosy. The bed was comfortable and it was a beautiful location. Breakfast was delicious. Helen and Tim were very friendly and allowed us to check in an hour earlier as we had a booking to see Thursford Light Trail and wouldn't have been able to check in until late otherwise. Parking was great as well

Lovely, homely experience. Helen and Tim were so kind to my son and he really enjoyed meeting the chickens, collecting the eggs and chatting to Tim about life on the farm. I learnt quite a bit too! Thank you so much Helen and Tim!

No negatives!

I loved the peace and tranquility of the location. A short drive from Reepham, a close by market town where most of your requirements can be purchased. The property was spotless with the most friendly of hosts and exceptionally comfy. The scenery from all windows is stunning

Loved the peace and quietness, the views from the window and the beautiful garden. Helen and Tim made us very welcome. Bed and pillows very comfortable and sweet- smelling linen!

Maybe choice of fruit juice at breakfast? A Gideon Bible in our bedroom would have been a bonus.

The breakfast was wholesome & tasty. The hosts were very welcoming & interesting to talk with. Beautiful location. Nearby town Reepham was delightful with a variety of bespoke shops & friendly locals.

Everything was well executed. No complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful views and location, staff were above and beyond hospitable. The facilities were fabulous and very accommodating. The breakfast was incredibly generous with hearty natural local produce. The views to the beautiful outside whilst eating were very welcoming.

There were no faults at all. Everything was perfect for our stay. We will certainly be back again.

Lovely Cottage, the room and bathroom were a good size, people very nice and friendly, and happy to let us bring our dog. Breakfast was good.

the cooked breakfast was a little small for my husband, hind sight we should have asked for extra toast :-)

Nothing!

The country feel. We’re greeted on arrival by the hosts who are also working farmers. Everything a well loved and well looked after family farmhouse could offer. Lovely sized room comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom. Views over the garden and fields very pleasant. Good choices of food for breakfast to suit everyone.
