The cleanest hotel/B&B room we have ever stayed in bar none! Antonio is super helpful host and very nice chap. Coffee at breakfast is lovely. This is not a bad thing as I knew from research before I booked and was exactly what we wanted, that the location is in a quiet residential area albeit room for parking and a selection of nice little cafes and restaurants within walking distance. This was exactly what we expected so suited us, just saying so others are aware. Again, noted people complained about the breakfast and all I can say is read the reviews before you book, if you want a big cooked breakfast. We were very happy with the light, very fresh breakfast of fruit, cakes, juice n coffee.

These are not really negatives at all, more for info for readers: I would love a coffee machine/kettle in the room, but maybe that is is just the Brit in me and too much to expect for a B&B when everything else is exceptional and there are coffee bars around the block?? One of the reasons we booked is the proximity to the airport ... we thought we could walk to it if necessary, but could not figure out a safe route across major roads. Seems no cheap way to get there even so close albeit with a bit more time and less heat could have tried harder; but again, Antonio to the rescue with his very convenient shuttle service being I think is the best way.

Great place to spend a night when arriving after dark at Olbia airport. Antonio was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked an airport pickup and arranged for drop-off the next day with him. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was nice, enough variety, and coffee was great. We stayed one night and then continued to Cala Gonone on the East Coast.

There was nothing we didn't like

Antonio offered us a shuttle from the airport to the residence. He was a fantastic host- polite, helpful, but not intrusive. Room was clean with good working ensuite bathroom/shower and very comfortable mattress in spacious room. Good range of different foods for breakfast, including standard Italian cake but also cereals, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, yoghurt. Overall, very happy with quality and feel of our stay.

There was genuinely nothing I didn't like. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but that's not a fault - these don't seem standard in Sardinia.

Very nice and clean room and bathroom. Possible to go outside from room to small sitting area. Easy to find place for parking. Owner very helpful. Place near for great walks. Breakfast was prepared early so we can get to airport, also provided car ride to airport for 20 eur

Breakfast was not self serving, not a lot of options.

Very simple but very clean and comfortable. Antonio, the owner, was extremely hospitable and helpful. I booked for proximity to Olbia airport to make an early morning flight, so it worked out well. It would not, however, been a convenient location for a longer stay without a car.

Very clean and well appointed room, nice breakfast. Quite easy to get to from the airport by taxi or local bus. Guests arriving should make an effort to keep in contact with the host to communicate their flight schedule.

Assuming most guests are arriving from the nearby Olbia airport, the check-in times should be as flexible as possible.

The room was big and fresh looking. It looked like it had been renovated yesterday. Everything was clean and crisp.

I would have found the location a bit far from town. I walked into town, 30 minutes, for my most favourite gelato. . But as I was going to the airport it was great.

I chose to spend a night at Al Pez Exclusive Rooms because it is located really close to the Airport, so it was nice and easy to get to after our flight. We were welcomed by the host who was really helpful and friendly. We had no complaints and would certainly stay there again were we to fly into Olbia. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and the continental breakfast had a nice variety of choices.

I stayed for one night and had a great night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast the next morning was excellent! Super grateful for the team. Additionally, ahead of my stay, response time to messages was quick & easy!

The location is exceptional being close to the airport and to a local shopping area. We had a nice meal at a recommended restaurant. The room was very well equipped and the staff/owner was very helpful and friendly. For an appropriate fee we were taxied to the airport which was extremely convenient.
