This hotel is near perfect. New and fresh the room was beautifully decorated, had a big tv with access to Netflix, pretty good sound proofing (it’s pretty standard here in da lat that no matter where you stay you will hear dogs and people in the hallway) and we had a bathtub. The room goes above and beyond in supplying a well stocked mini bar and the lighting was great. We loved opening the big window to the balcony for fresh air however, the view was pretty mediocre (room 304). The hotel has a fitness facility and a heated pool. The morning breakfast was pretty good and the view was lovely! Safe was maybe a 7/10 in warmth and friendliness.

This is where they lose big points, the room looked amazing and cozy until I sat on the bed. It was hard as the floor! I’m not exaggerating, the hardest need I’ve ever experienced in my years of travel. We didn’t stay longer because it was the worst sleep! So unfortunate as this hotel has literally everything nailed. So if You don’t mind sleeping on basically floor hardness, you could enjoy this hotel. As a note, my husband who usually likes a firm bed as couldn’t believe how uncomfortable it was 😮‍💨

Excellent room. Plenty of storage for our clothes. Very comfortable bed. Faithful to the photographs on line. Once you have got your bearings, you find the location is a straightforward journey to the city centre and if you show a card from the hotel, all the taxi drivers know exactly where it is. Interesting breakfast, but omelette and eggs available if not up to Vietnamese breakfast choice. Lovely mulberry tea by the pool in the afternoons. The restaurant manager was an absolute delight and she rushed out to meet us at 5:45 am with a packed breakfast for our onward journey.

Not a complaint, more for information purposes: there are no restaurants within walking distance, you need to take a taxi downtown. Having said that, the taxi fare to the night market, which is an incredible place to eat out, is about £1.50 and it takes less than 10 minutes. I mention this because, with all respect to the staff, English is not widely spoken in Da Lat.

Classy facility (lovely breakfast, sweet afternoon tea, didn't use the pool) with superb customer service. My husband tested positive for Covid the first night of our stay and the staff was so helpful in navigating this unexpected news. We were able to stay in our room until 6 PM the day we checked out (evening flight) for a very reasonable extra fee. It was a busy weekend, with all 50 rooms full, many with Vietnamese families. They told us that this month they are opening a smaller 15 room hotel near by called The Mist Boutique Hotel; if we were to return i'd check out the more intimate venue. It is in a neighborhood, not in the midst of the tourist scene

The bed mattresses were firmer than we like (and we like firm mattresses!). It is a 30 minute walk along busy streets to the lake, market, and "downtown"

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Most importantly, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed their delicious Pho (local soup noodles). The heated pool was a fantastic feature and added to the overall experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, as were the bathrooms and toilets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable! The waiting area was also very comfortable and spacious, making it easy to relax. And it has a very comfortable and spacious waiting area!

The location was close to the cable car, but was a short Grab from most else, but Da Lat is spread out, so I'm not sure that is avoidable! We rented a scooter from the front desk and it was so easy and convenient. It did come empty on gas, but there was a gas station around the corner so not a big deal.

Our room was a Superior Double with Garden View. We did not realize that we would be on the ground floor with a sidewalk outside of our bedroom and people walking by our room in the morning. There was no privacy and we couldn't have the windows open. The hotel overall was beautiful and the staff kind, but this was an unexpected surprise.

A beautiful hotel a little away from the main market area. So clean, super friendly staff and although our Vietnamese is shockingly inadequate they really made us so welcome. Our room was just glorious, so clean, comfortable and we had a magnificent view with sweeping veranda on two sides of our room. Complimentary Afternoon tea was delicious. The heated pool was absolutely lovely in the afternoon once we returned from exploring. We found nice restaurants with delicious food for evening meals within walking distance. We would rebook this hotel again and recommend to family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about this facility. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The room was beautiful, clean and updated. The breakfast was excellent and different for the four days we were there. The heated pool was a bonus as was the afternoon tea. The location was a little away from the city center which for us was nice. It was very quiet. It was a five minute walk to the bus station and a fifteen minute walk to the cable car. The other attractions were a short 3-4$ grab ride which were usually available within 5-10 minutes.

We had no complaints.

**Review: The Boutique Goldient Hotel, Da Lat** This hotel was exactly what we needed after a long day in the car with our two little ones. It’s a stunning place with beautiful architecture, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The staff greeted us with a refreshing drink and some nibbles, which was such a lovely touch. Our two bedrooms were really spacious and spotless. Both had large king-size beds, and the second room had a super king-size bed, which was perfect for our two small children to share. The kitchenette was immaculate, with gorgeous marble worktops and everything we needed—tea and coffee facilities, a microwave, and even a well-stocked mini-bar (though we were more about the ginger tea the next morning, which was delicious!). The real surprise highlight was the heated swimming pool. We didn’t even know it was there, and it turned out to be the perfect way to spend a bit of family time after breakfast. The Boutique Goldient Hotel ticked every box for us and more. It’s a beautiful, welcoming place, and we’d love to stay again the next time we’re in Da Lat!

The hotel’s architecture was my favorite. The staff were so kind and enthusiastic. The shower was super clean and nice. They have a warm swimming pool which is suitable for the cool weather in Dalat. The garden is lovely. I like the breakfast too, not so many options but I could see they put effort into it. Totally worth the price, I’ll definitely go back if they keep up these standards. Maybe the room can be cleaner in a few spots like the main door or curtain and behind the sink. But properly because I booked the room in a rush so they didn't have time to prepare.

Nice looking hotel slightly away from town so not a lot of traffic noise. Our room was a good size so was the bathroom. The pool area was good. Outside areas all very clean. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Very helpful.

Wasn't over keen on the bathroom. It was actually a wet room! And not very clean under the cupboard!! I dropped the soap and when my husband found it, it was covered in hairs!! The beds were very hard although we didn't have a bad night's sleep. Noise from the elevator and room above ours
