Everything was so clean and nice. Comfortable rooms. Valet crew was wonderful and so helpful. Bartender at the pool was wonderful too.

The front desk workers were terrible. No warm reception at all when we got there. When it was our turn, they didn't say, "Hey or come on up." Didn't make any conversation at all. When we went to check out the same thing. Didn't thank us or ask if all was okay bc we were checking out early. All we got was "put the cards in the basket." Maybe I expect more bc I am a businesswoman and know that there are hundreds of places we could have stayed, yet we chose your resort. You would think the resort we be more appreciative. They treat you like an inconvenience and that they could care less if you stay or not.

Beautiful peaceful experience with in itself you don’t have to go anywhere it’s a vacation on it’s own and it’s located where if you needed anything weather it be good entertainment ,shopping ,fun family outings, literally less than a five minute drive.. I’m talking everything you need is within walking distance if you need anything and the property is set back in a beautiful landscaped garden nook .. I won’t stay anywhere else when I come to the Myrtle Beach area even the so called high class hotels on the beach strip can’t compare to the amazing staff and experience you get here .. Thank you for your hospitality and making memories.. .. your truly clients for life

It was very clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities and great place overall. Starbucks in the bar is a great addition!

Nothing really. They gave us the wrong room at first and I couldn’t get in, but an honest mistake that was easily remedied with a key card reprogramming. Once in, the room was great and our stay was very enjoyable.

The two room suite with King size beds was SO spacious! We each had our own bathroom, so we could shower at our leisure, not having to wait for the bathroom to be available. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Views were good of the harbor and golf course.

In the first bathroom, the only working light was in the shower. The toilet, sink, and vanity area didn't have working lights, SO couldn't have done my makeup or hair. We were only there one quick night, SO reported it at check out. Otherwise everything was great!

Loved the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the outdoor pools and hot-tubs were great! Room was nice and clean, loved the stay. Would definitely come back!

Our door was kind of loose, we would close it and sometimes you could open it back up again without the keycard. Sometimes we couldn't even get into the room because the door lock wouldn't work all that well. Would definitely be a safety/privacy concern.

The location and the view. Very nice room.

That I found a cigarette lighter in the pocket of one of the two robes in the room and that it was a little bit chilly in the room. Thermostat showed 71 all night with temperature setting on 73. I didn’t see 73 till the next morning. I had to get an extra blanket from the spare closet to help with it being cold.

I love that the outdoor pull was 24/7. The breakfast food was very delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I like the size of 2 bedroom Villa. We had plenty of room and didnt feel like we were all on top of each other.

I didn't like the fact that the shuttle to the beach only ran up until 7pm. I didn't like the layout of the parking to the facility. You most definitely needed tranportation to get around. I did not like the fact that they only cleaned the rooms every 3 days. We were leaving by the time it was time for them to clean our room.

Our favorite place to stay in Myrtle, great rooms, facilities and amenities, the outdoor pool and hot tubs are a really nice nightly escape.

A/C broke down in our room, but the staff made it right and moved us to another room close by.

The concierge service was great, the private beach was good, could use a shower area to wash off sand. The room had a good view of the Marina even though it was at the end of the units; a lot of walking. The restaurant and cafe were convenient and the staff was excellent.

I could hear the patrons in the connecting room to mine as it sounded like they had children. As far as the room being clean, I'm not sure if this came from your hotel but when I got back home I was broken out and had to be treated for bed bug bites.

I really liked that there was a shuttle bus to the private beach so I did not have to drive. I would have loved to stay at the beach longer but shuttles end at 7pm...all good though. I liked the pool/hot tub. My bed was extremely comfortable and hot water in the shower was consistent!!! Starbucks was in-house too! That was awesome! We were there to relax and that's what we did!

Wifi was a bit spotty, but not terrible. I had a business meeting via Zoom. Wifi did the job. Thank you!
