The room was very reasonable and could have slept 3 people. We booked last minute and there was plenty of availability. The staff were polite and helpful at reception and the breakfast was good value and included in the price. As the property was on a holiday resort area and out of season, it was very quiet. The air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of parking. It was a great location to be able to visit the Orangutan Island and if you wished the water park. It was very easy to reach from the highway. ,

One of the rooms smelt of smoke, but we were given a different room on request. The whole venue was very quiet and out of season, it could have done with a bit of doing up and some refurbishment.

Except the food, everything was exceptional to me. The room size are enough for both of us n 2 babies. No harzards for kids. The staffs are very friendly, the service are on point, not too much but just enough to know that we are welcomed. Definitely will come again and worth the money.

The food are meh to me. Large portion of food but too bland, not crispy enough, not spicy even i ordered spicy wedges. Even my 1 and half year boy can eat it. Not too many choices of food. Luckily the vendors are there. The petting zoo are too quiet with only 1 staff at the goat shed, understandable the price only rm10.

I love the room, so spacious and clean and with a bathtub. breakfast was great too. varieties and delicious. the water park is nice but should add more games and slides. lot of parking too. even have a laundry shop and mart. I recommend people to come to water park on friday

carrying the tube around is tiring. several slides are quite strict and we could not play some slides as we just knew that zips are not allowed. example, the zips on my chest are also not okay

Staffs very polite and informative, chatter van and buggy very fast response, polite and good manners. Room clean at Kampung air. Refreshment in Kampung air suite pleasant. Room service rate affordable, fast and taste good. Varieties of activities. Hope for night activities and kiosk or vendors selling at nights.

The place has seen much improvement from the last time we visited. The chalets are very clean, the staff are professional, helpful and courteous.

The lake sadly had very low water level because of the drought, though this did give a different type of beauty to the landscape with mud skippers and storks aplenty.

Great varieties of breakfast prepared. The room is very clean. There is hot water for shower and sink.

I can't set the aircond properly because the remote doesn't sync with the aircond since they replaced the original remote with universal remote. I can't set the exact temperature needed for my hot water shower and sink. I had to gauge it manually.

Nice and very spacious rooms. Quiet place and friendly staff. Unfair to barely the pool was shut when we were there which we were a b it disappointed about and it would have been good to know this when we booked. restaurant on site was good.

Not much options for the food. There is no food panda or grabfood available and the resort hotel which is the only option is only very few items. The food price is reasonable but there is no varieties at all.

The room facilities was excellent, much comfortable and convenience to us. Then, the breakfast meals they provided was okay. Thus, the staffs were very friendly and polite served us. The swimming pools facility was okay, my children were enjoyed it.
