Great value for money. Large room for 3 people. Hooks everywhere to hang things off the floor. The staff were great. Parking outside (limited spaces) but plenty on the road for a small fee very convenient Location a short walk to a beautiful park and the mall. 2 pillows each:) Complimentary breakfast snacks.

No blinds in the bathroom so light streaming into bedroom even though main curtains were closed. Quiet time 9-9, yet being near to the lift meant you could hear it play a chime every time it arrived at all hours. Our toilet cistern was overflowing /broken but it was easy to stop it filling with a tap on the wall until they get it fixed.

The disabled room is very nice, my parents love it, although it is in the lobby, but the soundproof is good, if the person did not raise his voice you can hear anything from the inside. If possible, please write a signboard there mention Please lower down your we have at the lower 1.

My room is on the 3rd floor. If possible, please seal completely the toilet window, I feel uncomfortable if I did not seal this with the curtains. Beside that, if you use two 2 single bed to join as a double bee, please make sure they are the same height.

I would say it's the most affordable and comfortable hotel in Taiping. Strategic location, basically you can travel from the hotel to any of the iconic places in Taiping in just a few minutes time. Besides, convenience stores are just around the corner. All in all, it's very suitable for those who wish to have a short stay in Taiping. I will definitely list this hotel as my top priority when it comes to booking hotels in Taiping.

Soundproof is just slightly dissatisfied but hoping that the owner could upgrade the soundproof.

I'm not a hotel person so I spot when someone has put thought into the design and facilities provided. This room I found a bit more intelligently designed than most hotel rooms and the facilities were more comprehensive - more like a hostel. An example - enough shelves in the shower! Hurrah and thank you. (I sometimes think most hotel designers don't themselves shower 😂). And the kitchen was simple but well equipped.

Still the power socket too far away from the bed headboard. Even my long cable did not reach.

For a little hotel, this place has all that you need. A little kitchen - not a mere pantry - equipped with plates, bowls, knives, electric stove, microwave, oven toaster, fridge. Can certainly do more than just reheat food. The laundry room has a washing machine and 2 dryers. A massage chair. A slide from the 3rd floor to the 2nd. And all of them are complimentary for hotel guests -- just leave a tip in the box to help them sustain the amenities

I would like to nitpick, but I can't think of any trivial complaints! Well done to the management and staff

Excellant location at Taiping town.What I like the most is the kitchen. Just like our own house kitchen except on the smaller scale. They provide a big commercial refrigerator where you can keep your drinks or fruits. Very clean hotel especially at lobby and at my 3rd floor area. I will definitely book this hotel again when in Taiping

As it was raining from mid night to early morning, the noises from the toilet is really loud cause by the rain water falling on the awning. Wall paint peeling off at the toilet area.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to the Lake and market area. The amenities provided were well thought out, especially the water cooler, which allowed for refilling bottles rather than buying one-offs. There is even a first aid kit in the kitchen area on Level 3. The complimentary tissue pack was another nice touch. The air condition was efficient in keeping the room comfortable

The ensuite does need a bit of a TLC. Water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom etc. The number of hotel parking spots could be increased. There are only a handful (maybe 5 lots). Although the hotel did provide 2 hours of free parking, it does mean that we have to be very diligent about making sure we shift our car on time in the morning or else risk getting a ticket.

Love everything! Though this is budget hotel, the room is quite spacious. Staff is friendly too. When you walk in to the hotel, it's smell nice and the corridors is pretty! There is laundry provided in the ground floor, so you can wash your clothes too. Everything is superb! Will definitely rebook this hotel again next time. The location is strategic too. You can just walk around the city to go to eat and shopping.

The lighting inside the room is quite dim. I think if you put light on the ceiling it's much better. Not sure.

Excellent place to stay. Really comfortable rooms with great views over the mountains. All new stuff. A really fun slide from levels 3 to 2. A free massage chair, free laundry. Kitchens on every floor and free water refills. Staff there most of the time and a lift. Flexible in terms of leaving bags etc. The best hotel in Taiping! We visited the orangutang sanctuary in bukit merah on the morning of check out. Left to catch the 9.45 ferry and were back by 12 to check out. Great food market nearby too
