I like the receptionist. The smell of the hotel. The swimming pool is spacious and big.

I didn't like that they didn't provide a laundry bag. However the swimming pool is dirty. That didn't keep the area clean. Unwashed plates and cups were on the banquet table.. The floor is not properly maintained.

The Check in was fast and efficient. We requested for both rooms next to each other and they offered us a connecting room which was a bonus. the rooms were clean and tidy. the receptionist even assisted in placing our luggage in the luggage room as the connecting room was not ready yet. which fine to us, as we wanted to go and have our lunch. rooms were ready by the time we returned.

please request the hotel to check the door lock system as it apeared loose in one room and too tight in another. otherwise it was fine. We are vegetarians, and we would recommend that they add more variety at their breakfast.

I live everything about this hotel. Location in the middle of the city. The room is spacious n comfortable. The aircond very cold n the remote didn't function well

Water in the swimming pool a little bit dirty maybe without maintenence consistantly. They should improve it but my son love to play n swim in the pool

Breakfast was good and tasty. Room space is okay, acceptable. Hotel staffs are friendly. The location almost centre of the town makes it easier to move.

Limited parking space and how cramped the parking area. The hotel needs a makeover too. TV channels also very limited and distorted.

Room condition is good I left my silver necklace with long locket... Istay at room 716 on 21/9 check out on 22/9

the breakfast item not worth it.. not much choice of food.. food not nice

- The shower facilities is not well function - Waited for extra praying mat which was promised to send but never get until the time to check out.

The staff were most obligingly. Nothing was to much effort. Breakfast had an extensive and varied menu.

I like it because the place is strategic, many places to visit nearby, good staff, convenience and not so crowded.

The breakfast meal can be more variety for RM20 per person.

everything with this stay, i love it so much, friendly staff, clean room, the breakfast is delicious.. highly recomended.
