Location. We took the Premium lake view room and it overlook the lake. So beautiful. This is the 2nd time we stayed there. The last time we came is a few years back. There is not much change. Love to stay there again if the do some upgrading. Its such a waste for such a good location if they didnt do upgrading.

The hotel really need to upgrade. Toilet is dirty. The sink water flow very slow. The iron board need to change. We booked 4 rooms and all of our iron board seems to be in a bad shape. Keep sliding down when we do ironing.. all the 4 rooms! No teabags on 1st day of breakfast only tea tarik from the machine. On 2nd day there is no plain hot water and we need to ask from the waiter and he get it from the kitchen for us.

LOCATION is excellent. Just opposite of the famous Taiping Lake Garden. I booked a Premier Double Room with Lake View. Big window with mesmerizing view of the Taiping lake garden.

Breakfast was so so. Expected better at this price range. There are other better hotels in Taiping. But if you want to stay near the Taiping Lake Garden and if you want a lake view room, this hotel is probably the best option. If I visit Taiping again I'll look for better options. If I can't find any this hotel is my backup.

The hotel location is right in front of Taiping Lake Garden just cross the main road. The room I booked it's a lake view unit and it's was good experience for couples or dating. The view was stunning and when it's raining the entire large window give you a very relax feeling while seeing rain drops on the window. The room comes with very comfort and spacious so you will not feel it's too pack. My room comes with breakfast included which is decent buffet style and you can eat as full as you like. Remember to bring swim suit since they have a roof top swimming pool for you to enjoy the lake view from the pool.

So far so good and nothing to complaint.

Breakfast is satisfying. they have nasi lemak, mee goreng, bread, egg station. The frontdesk Ms Lavisha is helpful and pleasant. I forgottem my stanley tumbler in the frontdesk, luckily i have my name engraved on it and frontdesk able to find me to let me know about the tumbler. Concierge also resourceful, give suggestion to the right laundry service nearby that i have googled beforehand, just asking him for assurance. and he mentioned the same laundry service shop i had in mind.

Fruits, salad and dessert was not much variety though. Only haney dew and watermelon, and lettuce for salad. maybe they can put more variety of kuih mueh.

Excellent service. Everyone was helpful. The security officer, desk staff, etc. The rooftop swimming pool was nice too. Hotel is also near (walking distance )to the lake garden and the zoo (slightly longer if you want to walk).

No nearby convenience shops. And shops do close early! If you do not have a car, hard to satisfy any late night cravings!

The room is still in contemporary style The walls and carpet are clean. The complimentary drinks and mineral water bottle choices are great. The shower room is good. The aircon is still good.

The bathroom sink is too low,making it difficult to brush your teeth 😬 The sink lighting needs to be brighter,difficult to see clearly while shaving. The room ironing board was already flimsy, I had to mend it temporarily and found out the pivot nut was missing, and no maintenance was done. The height adjustment pall teeth were already damaged, causing it not to lock at a particular height. The board needs to be replaced,not safe to use,it keeps sliding.

Variety of food for breakfast, and it is included. The room facilities are all well equipped. Rest assurred the jron facilities provided in the room and functioning well. Mini fridge, sejadah, toiletries, hair dryer, wardrobe,sufficient pillows for each bed. Tv channel with variety channels. He most satisfying part is the number of switch for charging attach eith usb port . The unversal port also provided. All good

location was good and because weasked for the premier rooms with lake view it was nice tocome back to the room and enjoy the scenery

Buffet breakfast was almost identical for the 3 days. It was adequate and plentiful but some different hot dishes and variety would be nice....eg roti canai, noodle soup, pau Staff at tbe cafe and generally f& b staff were smiley and friendly. Some front of house staff could be more accomodating and hospitable

Breakfast is delicious. Our room had a comfortable bed with a large window overlooking the lake. Spacious, clean and tidy. Check in and check out was pretty smooth.

Very limited parking for hotel guests. So if you arrived late, need to park your car near the lake which is not very convenient nor safe if you need to pickup your belongings at night. Please ask guests who have done eating their breakfast to leave because the tables are limited and some people selfishly doing work meeting while many guests are cluelessly searching for empty tables.

This hotel offered fantastic views of Taiping lake. The room was adequately furnished and had great service from 2 male front of house staff, Muhammad Fariz and Hafiz. Buffet breakfast was ample in quantity and variety for the standard of accommodation. We also tried the food in the Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor, food was delicious.

Could be a bit crowded on weekend for breakfast. Parking was also tight when hotel is full. Out of 3 nights, 1 night we had to park in the public carspace. Housekeeping were also obliging.
