It was located near Kamunting. Besides it, and just across the main road were Lotus Supermarket and Taiping Sentral Mall. A bit further down is Aeon Mall. Hence, I like its location due to proximity to the town centre and also Kamunting. The family room for 3 pax was comfortable and quite spacy with a sofa. I love its liquid soap gel, which is a very nice fragrance. What I liked most was that they provided free biscuits inside the room i,e. Oreo & Julie's.

The room was quite old with a broken table lamp and bed lamp. There's no restaurant within the hotel premise hence planned your meals especially breakfast. There's parking space in the basement, only one level. Might be limited during peak time. But there are lots of public parking by the roadside around the hotel

Great location. Opposite shopping mall & beside food court. Welcome staff very polite & helpful. Bathroom very big & very clean. Shower area with glass partition which is good. Clean bed linen & room condition. Shower gel & shampoo, tooth brush, shower cap & slipper provided. Coffee, microwave & safe box provided too. Parking at basement with security guard. Parking available at ground floor too if not occupied. Trolley provided (self service). Water filter provided at corridor & water bottle also provided in the room. Overall, well maintained hotel.

Suggest to install 1 more 1hp air conditioner for the family suite as current air cond is not sufficient even with fan on whole night, especially the bed at the corner beside bathroom. Suggest to provide 1 more toilet paper, bigger dust bin & sufficient cups in the room. Might need to look at condition of shower rose.

Location was really good hotel facilities was good, reception staff (indian girl) was really helpful, attentive. I have nothing to complaint at all for this hotel, as everything was good. Ample basement carpark for customer. It’s worth every penny. Definitely going to book this hotel again if I’m going to taiping in the future.

The pillow is too soft and thin, so its really not comfortable for my and my family..i had a neck-pain due to that. definitely a turnoff point for this hotel. And another thing is that my toilet sink a little bit clogged (not fully but when u use the sink, the water will ponding because it take sometime to flow down) Other than that everything was good.

We already expected that the room might be a little smaller with the price that we paid. So we actually quite OK with it. The location very strategic as have lotus, taiping mall and aeon closer to the hotel. The hotel room was clean when we first enter.

Perhaps if the hotel could provide a mini fridge and iron facilities in the room that would be perfect. As it is quite a hassle for a mother to go out to iron clothes. Other than that all are okay and meet our expectations.

Location and value for money

Just an honest positive opinion. Front office a.k.a reception staff should be knowledgeable not only about the premises itself but also the surroundings. For example tourist attractions, the roads, competitors, local eateries and being more friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. First impressions are always important as they represent the premises. Knowledgeable staff are a bonus. Myself coming from a customer service background is normal for me to evaluate the level of service. Overall I'm happy with the rooms . Break a leg SENSE!! Keep it up !! Cheers!!

The room is spacious enough for 2 adult with small bags. Aircon is powerful, very cooling and strong. Nice bed. Clean room. The location is convenient, can find food nearby. Opposite to the hotel has a big supermarket.

The noisy from the next door Lotus. It's too noisy with loud music but the music stop around midnight. Sound proof is bad.

The rooms that we stayed in were comfortable and clean. Highly recommended for those making a short visit to Taiping. My family members enjoyed the comfort of the hotel and looking forward to another visit to Taiping with Sense Hotel as our home away from home. For the staff of the hotel, keep up the good work. Stayed 2 nights in Sense. As usual the rooms were just nice for the 2 of us. And the toilet is v clean too. V convenient location as it's near many shops and eateries. Also there is a self service laundry downstairs. Just a note for improvement, maybe a jug to hold hot water in the room would b handy. Otherwise, overall v satisfied with my stay there.

The hotel near to the Taiping Mall-so convinence if you want to find anything. Value for money. Most important, got parking for guest

Appreciate if have kettle and wardrobe. Also i stay for 2 days, the 2nd day i put sign "make my room" but no one come in for room service. Overall i will come back.

Room was spacious. Facilities was acceptable. Hot/cold water can be obtained from the machine in the hallway. The iron/ironing board is near to the lift lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Ample space for car park.

If you're checking in late, take note that there's a few pubs nearby the hotel so parking your car might be an issue. There is an area for hotel guests in the basement, but it was full when I reached the hotel around 10pm. The staff was helpful enough to guide to park at a reserved space.
