Very clean. Spacious and comfortable room to fit the family. The mattress and pillows are so comfy. Water pressure was good. Shampoo and Bath Liquid are provided. There's Speedmart beside the hotel for convenience..

Waze and Google map brought us to another TT Dorf hotel and not the one we booked. Apparently there is another branch and the staff there wasn't helpful at all. We had to figure it out ourselves. The flight of stairs - not suitable for elderly or with wheel chair. TV wasn't working and was told that technician will only be around to check the next day. So no entertainment at all while staying. The toilet was a bit odd - There is a door inside to use the loo but very open for the shower. Should install a door as well curtain for the shower. Recommend having hooks for clothes or towels in the bathroom. Not enough hangers provided for family room - only 2. No ironing facilities provided on the same floor. Had to bring our clothes and iron at the lobby itself.

No breakfast. Location a bit far from town centre but still no problem for me. The most that I like and appreciate is the courtesy of the management who allowed me to check-in early, as I reached Taiping quite early in the morning. Even I can check-out before 1pm. So generous. The staffs are also polite and helpful. The Indian boy who handled my aircond problem. Looking forward to stay there in the future.

The aircond in my room was not working well. But the Indian boy managed to overcome it.

Overall ok, its just scary when my husband woke up in the morning, and someone slept beside him! And after he realised, that is not a real person, then, he quickly awake me. 👀

Very cosy and clean room. Outside area in front of reception area to relax and drink a coffee

If you get a front room facing the main road, you can hear a little the trucks pass at night, so you can put in earplugs before sleep if you're sensitive to noise

The location is in between Kuala Sepetang and Zoo Taiping. Convenient to explore whole Taiping. The hotel is newly renovated with good quality fittings and beds. The room was spacious. Friendly staff.

1. A bit dusty because ongoing renovation. 2. It would be nice if provide bottled drinking water to guest. There is a Coway water but for those staying upstairs not practical. Maybe ok for those staying in cabin. 3. Family room is big so should have installed 1.5HP aircond instead of 1HP. It take quite a while to cool the room especially during hot afternoon.

spring clean, a lot of sitting areas outside the rooms, nice landscape, nice OOTD spots, spacious parking area, easy check in/out, 10 mins drive to Kuala Sepetang prawn noodles, 10km to Taiping famous lake garden. Extra large single bed. 99 Speedmart is just right next door

nearest restaurants are 4km away, No hairdryer / clothes iron in the room. Only 1 clothes iron available at the hotel's lobby

We get lost like maze game in hotel 😂... Need to improve direction lable... Especially lable directions to lobby from each room...

The staff are friendly and though there are some hiccups due to internal management communication they are able to handle it professionally by informing us. Though in one of the rooms there is no reception of the TV and there is a ventilation fan which is quite noisy when you want to sleep. Maybe due to it being situated in the middle of the building with no windows.

Friendly and helpful staff, ,clean and noise free environment, and even accomodate us 2 hrs before our check in time.

The mugs are stained, no water bottle and tothbrushes provided, and its a little far from town.

All facilities are complete and comfortable for me and my friend except the matter of iron.

I think better they provide an iron for every room or give iron with door card. Cause so uncomfortable when customer need to iron their clothes at front desk.
