I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment to relax in. The toilet was also in excellent condition—modern, hygienic, and everything functioned perfectly. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It's right in the middle of town, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel is near plenty to restaurants, convenient stores, and mall . Major attractions are also easily accessible, which made exploring the city very convenient. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in a central location. Highly recommended!

Good value for money. For a budget hotel, this is considered a very clean and decent hotel.

I booked the biggest room with 2 queens since i was traveling with 4 kids. But on the day itself, the staff called to inform me that due to some AC problem, they have to change my room to 1 queen and 1 single, and add an extra mattress. I asked if the size of the room is the same and they said yes, even bigger. But on arrival i found that the room was a bit smaller than expected. However, since we're not staying for long, i just turned a blind eye on that matter.

Walking distance to restaurants & seven e, comfortable pillows, access to hotel entrance & room using card, safety box, bathroom is well ventilated, strong water pressure, toilet has both bidet & butt spray, inside the hotel smells good, clock tower nearby the building is visible from room.

Stain on the ceiling looks like movie dark water, very low water pressure & water heater not functioned after midnight, corridor reflects much sound

Big size, clean, and air-conditioned room, with simple fixture design. Comfortable and clean pillows and mattress. Ample space to perform prayers and stretching exercises. Clean toilet and bathroom with a good supply of toilet rolls, bath soap, hair shampoo, set for mouth care, and glasses. Not forgetting clean towels. Big screen TV. Friendly and helpful staff. Don't forget to use the coupon or parking apps on your phone to park your car in public parking spaces near the hotel from 8.30am to 5.00 pm.

Not quite soundproof. Could hear noises from the corridor. Somehow these are quite tolerable.

For this price, excellent! Room is clean; bed, pillows & bedding super comfy! I've stayed at a higher rated hotel not too far away and it was so bad comparatively. Reception staff helpful & friendly, even the auntie! Lighting is good, lots of power sockets, ample space to place stuff. Most importantly, not everything is from budget IK*A! Will definitely stay here again!

No fault of the property but there is major construction just across the narrow street. There was work going on after 9-10pm! Luckily for me, room was not facing this but I think at least half the rooms are facing this street.

The place is clean and spacious

When we checked in we requested for connecting room as we booked for 2 rooms. I am travelling with a disable daughter and she will need to see me even in a different room but hotel does not have connecting room so we took 1 room and requested for 1 extra bed. Aunty at the reception was so understanding and polite not only give us 1 mattress but 2 and only charged for 1 . She is so understanding when we explained the situation. Thank u!

Located right in the centre of Taiping & within walking distance of restaurants, transport and shops. Super friendly and helpful staff. Big clean room with comfortable bed, excellent hot shower and well equipped with kettle, power points and great WiFi. Excellent value.

Soundproofing between the rooms/corridor wasn't great and the elevator made quite a bit of noise.

The feel that the stay with Louis Hotel is really value for money. I enjoy the stay with this Louis Hotel, my kids also enjoying it. We can have a good night rest. If I go Taiping again, I will choose staying this hotel also.

The soundproofing of the room is not really good. Can hear the sound from the corridor when people was walking. Can hear the water flow (toilet) from another room.

This hotel is my family's choice when coming to Taiping. The room is spacious. The bathroom is also good. Good air conditioning. Easy parking. Located right in the heart of town. Near to shops. Great stay and the hotel was good value for money.
