The disabled room is very nice, my parents love it, although it is in the lobby, but the soundproof is good, if the person did not raise his voice you can hear anything from the inside. If possible, please write a signboard there mention Please lower down your we have at the lower 1.

My room is on the 3rd floor. If possible, please seal completely the toilet window, I feel uncomfortable if I did not seal this with the curtains. Beside that, if you use two 2 single bed to join as a double bee, please make sure they are the same height.

For a little hotel, this place has all that you need. A little kitchen - not a mere pantry - equipped with plates, bowls, knives, electric stove, microwave, oven toaster, fridge. Can certainly do more than just reheat food. The laundry room has a washing machine and 2 dryers. A massage chair. A slide from the 3rd floor to the 2nd. And all of them are complimentary for hotel guests -- just leave a tip in the box to help them sustain the amenities

I would like to nitpick, but I can't think of any trivial complaints! Well done to the management and staff

Knight Alley Hotel in Taiping is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and value. Excellant location at Taiping town.What I like the most is the kitchen. Just like our own house kitchen except on the smaller scale. They provide a big commercial refrigerator where you can keep your drinks or fruits. Very clean hotel especially at lobby and at my 3rd floor area. I will definitely book this hotel again when in Taiping

As it was raining from mid night to early morning, the noises from the toilet is really loud cause by the rain water falling on the awning. Wall paint peeling off at the toilet area.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to the Lake and market area. The amenities provided were well thought out, especially the water cooler, which allowed for refilling bottles rather than buying one-offs. There is even a first aid kit in the kitchen area on Level 3. The complimentary tissue pack was another nice touch. The air condition was efficient in keeping the room comfortable

The ensuite does need a bit of a TLC. Water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom etc. The number of hotel parking spots could be increased. There are only a handful (maybe 5 lots). Although the hotel did provide 2 hours of free parking, it does mean that we have to be very diligent about making sure we shift our car on time in the morning or else risk getting a ticket.

Love everything! Though this is budget hotel, the room is quite spacious. Staff is friendly too. When you walk in to the hotel, it's smell nice and the corridors is pretty! There is laundry provided in the ground floor, so you can wash your clothes too. Everything is superb! Will definitely rebook this hotel again next time. The location is strategic too. You can just walk around the city to go to eat and shopping.

The lighting inside the room is quite dim. I think if you put light on the ceiling it's much better. Not sure.

Excellent place to stay. Really comfortable rooms with great views over the mountains. All new stuff. A really fun slide from levels 3 to 2. A free massage chair, free laundry. Kitchens on every floor and free water refills. Staff there most of the time and a lift. Flexible in terms of leaving bags etc. The best hotel in Taiping! We visited the orangutang sanctuary in bukit merah on the morning of check out. Left to catch the 9.45 ferry and were back by 12 to check out. Great food market nearby too

It was all superb!

This place was great! The room was really clean and comfortable. Nice bed, desk, a bunch of outlets, also a set of hooks!(hooks are so helpful when you’re living out of a backpack:) The shower was hot with good pressure, nice towels, plus a bath mat(always a plus to keep the room dry). Location is great, near the Lake Gardens and a bunch of restaurants, and the hotel sent a whole list of recommendations which were great. All the staff are so nice and constantly asking if we needed anything. It’s a cute place too, nice decor and fresh flowers in vases all over. There was a communal kitchen and water dispensers. Really a wonderful stay.

The place is clearly popular and the sound carried easily but there were some foam pads up to try to combat it. I didn’t mind but if you’re sensitive to noise and have a loud neighbor it might be bothersome.

I like the location. As my family and I came to Taiping with one of the purpose is to look for good food. Knight Alley's location is just spot on. Easy access to Larut Matang hawker centre, market is just steps away and some stalls like PSL banana fritters, Restaurant Kakak, Ansari cendol, Pusat Makan Taman Tasik are all in walking distance.

Sorry, I not quite like the built in slide. I understand that the management is trying to take care of all their customers needs but it's odd to have a slide there. Of course, the slide will be closed at 9pm.
