Parking directly outside, great location, good amenities (although had all toiletries except shampoo) and good shower. Bed was comfortable and large. Oh and may favourite, plug sockets and usb ports on both sides of the bed.

Bathroom was small. Lovely waterfront view but the windows were quite small. I messaged ahead to ask about breakfast prices, I was told £10 each and I asked them to add it on and charge my card. When I arrived I was told breakfast wasn’t added on and now to add it on it was £15 each. I think this is really poor customer service and, especially with proof of the messages on my phone, they should have honoured the discussed price.

What a great find this hotel was. A super modern hotel in sleepy Milford Haven. The rooms were modern & luxury with a view of the working harbour, the bathroom compact but had everything needed including a great shower. The bar area had a lovely modern vibe with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the harbour & the breakfast was good too. Staff were excellent & very helpful…will definitely be back.

We loved the breakfast but maybe 2 toasters would have freed up congestion & would have been better if fried eggs were on the self service rather than ordering & waiting for them, otherwise faultless.

This was our second stay at Tŷ Milford Waterfront, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The staff were super friendly, professional, and really made us feel welcome. We also loved the delicious food and the live music in the evenings , such a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy. Our room was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The only thing we would suggest is a little improvement with soundproofing , but honestly, that’s a tiny detail compared to how great everything else was. We would  definitely recommend and will happily stay again!

The room soundproofing could be improved to further enhance the whole experience, but this is only a minor point, as the comfort of the bed more than made up for it.

I really liked the rooms in this hotel, had a lovely view over the harbour. Everything was very clean and comfy. Most of the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast needs work, I regret paying extra for it and next time would just stay in the hotel. It was a canteen buffet style with machine coffee which, was really bad. The second morning I asked for a cappuccino which; was way better but it is not the standard. The coffee in the machine was un drinkable for me and the breakfast was just too canteen like in style. At other similar priced hotels you would be getting a made to order breakfast, some fresh cut fruits and a nice freshly made coffee. Machine coffee is just not what you expect at this price point. It was a similar type of breakfast to what you would get at say a premier inn type hotel. It actually put me off using the restaurant at night.

Hotel location is quiet and our room had a view over the water. Our double room was quickly switched to a twin (as had been requested - second time a request through Booking.com hasn't reached the hotel). It was a comfortable room though rather small for a 'king-size' and the tiny bathroom was well-planned. Excellent shower with clear controls and very quick delivery of hot water. All super clean and well-maintained. Brilliant range on offer for breakfast, only let down by vending machine coffee. We ate both nights in the restaurant and the food (strong on fish, though not necessarily local or ecologically sound - farmed or dredged!) was mostly imaginative and very good. Restaurant was well-staffed and as a result the service was brilliant.

I would have appreciated a lighter-weight quilt. Being able to sleep with an open window helped with the warmth, but the weight was still an issue. Breakfast coffee!!!

Really unique and individual style of accommodation. Felt like I was on a boat at times. I couldn’t fault the room or facilities, the bathroom was clean and functional with Elemis products, much better than expected. The tea tray was excellent quality and the bed was very comfortable.

The only slight moan would be when I checked in the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming and suggested we sourced breakfast from a local cafe near the floating room rather than the hotel. I really regretted this because when I checked out the breakfast looked amazing in the hotel rather than the horrible greasy fry up I ended up with!

Location and easy comfort

Some rooms faced the back of building which is ugly and dark. Asked to be moved to a room facing the port. Breakfast was self- service and chaotic. Also quality and availability of food was poor considering the price. No muesli/ granola/ bircher/ natural yogurt just cheap cereals and flavoured yogurts. Limited fruit selection. Cooked items - bacon hadn’t been replaced when empty, sausages hard. No pancakes/ waffles etc for alternatives to croissants. Poor quality coffee. Disappointed with the whole breakfast experience!

Gentleman on reception was kind and very helpful. Breakfast was very good!

There were limited coffee sachet's in our room and we had to ask as well as go down to reception to collect teaspoons and caffinated coffee as there was none. Also there was only three small milk sachet's in the room. There was also a large greasy hand print on the bathroom door on the outside! One member of staff at breakfast said 'Good morning Sir' to me but ignored my wife who was walking a few paces behind me.

Great location, ample parking, clean and tidy hotel and room, except for marks on the bath mat, great, helpful, accommodating staff.

Very noisy guests outside our room (220) in the early hours for quite some time which woke us both. After eventully going back to sleep, they returned and continued talking very loudly and swearing on the phone. They were on speaker phone for the duration of the conversations so we could also hear the recipient of the call. Both parties were loud and aggressive which made us feel uneasy. I can only assume they were standing by the lift which was opposite our room (220) but still don't feel this was acceptable behaviour.

The hotel room was very clean, and the bed provided a perfect nights sleep. We had an evening meal at the Dulce restaurant inside the hotel and the food was excellent and our waiter, Nicolas, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the food. He recommended sides to accompany our meal delivered additional sauce when I stated how good the Hoisin ketchup was on my duck breast. Breakfast was buffet style, and all of the ingredients tasted fresh and well cooked.

Very minor point, but it would be nice to have drinking water in the room.
