Gentleman on reception was kind and very helpful. Breakfast was very good!

There were limited coffee sachet's in our room and we had to ask as well as go down to reception to collect teaspoons and caffinated coffee as there was none. Also there was only three small milk sachet's in the room. There was also a large greasy hand print on the bathroom door on the outside! One member of staff at breakfast said 'Good morning Sir' to me but ignored my wife who was walking a few paces behind me.

Great location, ample parking, clean and tidy hotel and room, except for marks on the bath mat, great, helpful, accommodating staff.

Very noisy guests outside our room (220) in the early hours for quite some time which woke us both. After eventully going back to sleep, they returned and continued talking very loudly and swearing on the phone. They were on speaker phone for the duration of the conversations so we could also hear the recipient of the call. Both parties were loud and aggressive which made us feel uneasy. I can only assume they were standing by the lift which was opposite our room (220) but still don't feel this was acceptable behaviour.

Great pillows .. Great bed .. crisp fresh sheets and pillow covers .. good biscuits and coffee in a bag,, nice selection of herbal and breakfast teas also.. breakfast is amazing, the staff are on top form at any given time, not that you need to ask for anything but they are efficient, happy and on the ball.. best nights sleep in Wales and I have been to most hotels that are worth staying at.. if you are in the area and have a choice, make this your hotel for the night, you won't be disappointed. This is probably my 10th stay at this hotel.. Nice scenery on the Dock and a sea breeze if you don't want perfect air-conditioning and like the window open. Gym downstairs before breakfast to kick start your day, what more do you want? .. oh a perfect shower or bath with elemis shower gel and conditioner on tap, leave the hotel feeling and smelling fresher than a spa day.. lol I don't bother reviewing unless it's a terrible hotel but these guys deserve a ten out of ten. Keep it up and thanks. Credit where credit is due.

Nothing at all apart from having to check out, came back the next day though. .. can't change the weather .

The breakfast and dinner were the best ever - excellent.

My satnav brought us to the hotel BUT we couldn't find the entrance or parking so, I drove down and parked at the Marina and phoned the hotel. after 10 minutes I was still trying to get through without success. I drove back to the hotel and shouted to a man just coming out and he said to park in 'The Cage'. It would be so much easier if that information was sent be email and in large print so you couldn't miss it. Also the chairs in the dinning room are very uncomfortable for elderly people with back problems.

The location was pleasant with nice views out into the harbour. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent offering a wide choice of items.

The room only had decaffeinated coffee and despite call reception, the phone was not answered. I was asked to leave a message through the system, however, I was never called back. The parking was on the opposite side of the road behind a fence, however, there were no available spaces other that disabled parking bays. I was advised that the hotel could not promise that I would not get a ticket, however, when I mentioned this to the receptionist the following morning, I was advised that the hotel control the parking area and as such a ticket would not have been issued. I therefore worried for nothing!

Lovely location and views from most rooms. Staff are excellent and no request - whether for the room or at breakfast - was too much for them. Hotel is new and it shows, good quality toiletries (although I had to ask for a body lotion). Excellent cooked breakfast, but serious lack of non cooked stuff (no cheese, no green vegetables etc). Loved the vibe in the bar and lovely cocktails - great service as you can easily ask for tweaks you like. Free parking also a bonus.

Most rooms are very small, although comfortable. The same goes for the bathroom. Not sure why body lotion was not included in the room and had to be requested separately. May be too much to ask for a 4 star hotel, but a mini coffee machine in the rooms would have been nice, although the coffee bags offered are not too bad. My main criticism is not so much of the core hotel, but of Dulse restaurant. Did not enjoy the food there much at all - dishes are confused and do do justice to the lovely local produce they are made with. They are not that skilfully prepared either. That's separate from breakfast, which is great UNLESS you don't want cooked stuff. Coffee machine could be better, but I only had espressos.

The three staff at the hotel and booking centre that helped us were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to be congenial. The hotel is in great condition, with very nice clean and quiet rooms. The location is easy to find. The view of the locked marina is interesting although the locality itself is not picturesque.

Only that the car park is 50m away, a soaking wet distance in the driving rain. The hotel seemed more of a place for workers than visitors to the area.

The hotel is very new and clean. It is not luxury bit has all things expected for a hotel; cleanliness, friendly staffs, air conditioned. Breakfast is fairly standard but good quality; all self serviced with items for English breakfast, cereals, bread. Location is overlooking the marina which is nice.

We visited on Saturday and found it a big challenging to find a place to eat at 6pm. To be fair the hotel did send a few messages to book in advance but we didnt because we werent sure when we would arrive. A bit nitpicking but the pillows are a bit soft to our liking

Great hotel, only been open a few years. Best thing about this hotel is the staff. Honestly they were fantastic, great customer service. Room was superb, the shower was one the best I've experienced in a hotel. Good location located on Milford waterfront. Easy parking over the road from hotel

The only thing I didn't like which was a minor thing really was the bathroom extraction fan. It's on constantly during the day, it DOES turn off about 8pm so it doesn't impact quality of sleep. It's just as someone more sensitive to noise it's a little annoying. Overall I loved this hotel

The room was spotless and very comfortable. We asked for a quiet room out of the way, away from lifts etc and the hotel were able to accommodate our request and we had a fantastic night's sleep. If staying here be sure to book dinner nearby in advance if not eating at the hotel, many of the eateries turned us away in February as they were fully booked in the evening! This hotel offers a bit of luxury and is fair superior to that of a budget hotel. We had a waterfront room and it was ashame the windows were quite dirty and the noise in reception was loud but we weren't located directly above it, we just noticed this when leaving for the evening. There is free parking here too although I can imagine this fills up very quickly when it's busy, we were out of season. Parking is located across the road. All in all a good stay.
