Rooms were clean, Bed and linens were also clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed the outside greenery someone works hard. The breakfast was delicious so much to choose from . Employee's were very friendly and would chat. My husband goes once a month to work. I went along and had a day by the pool and enjoyed it. We stayed an extra night and went to Mitzner Park for incredible food.

The rooms are a bit older and could use updating but what matters to me is it is clean. I have a cleaning business and I am VERY picky. You absolutely can't beat the price, free parking,WiFi oh ya and breakfast it's a win win for us.

The employees 5 star attitudes at this establishment were so divine. It made the whole stay worth it!! I have stayed at pricier hotels but none can match the vibe of this true Oasis. I can’t wait to return again.

Myself and other guests did not get a chance to enjoy the waffle station at breakfast on Saturday morning due to a large group of folks taking multiple turns back to back making them nonstop. I returned the next day, Sunday, only to see no waffle station available at all. Not sure why. I was bummed out because I love waffles.

The rooms were very clean and organised with comfy beds. The cleaners would come every day. The pool was warm and big in a beautiful garden setting. And the hot tub was also very nice. The breakfast was very good with different things to choose from. Another thing that was nice about the room was that there was a separate dressing area. The location by the US-1 was very good to all directions. Also the beach was very near.

Sometimes there was the car noise that disturbed the peace at the pool. And sometimes there were people smoking in the non smoking area right in front of our room.

the property is dated but very clean and adequate. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty normal for a hotel chain but not outstanding. The location is close to stores such as Publix and CVS. I would stay there again if we have to evacuate for a hurricane again.

Dated property but seems kept up. Too many halloween statues in the lobby-scared my autistic grandson-not everyone likes those creepy things.

Nice and easy check in, friendly and efficient staff. Plenty of parking. A nice swimming pool! Plenty of towels. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. A spacious room with comfy beds. Plenty of storage space for luggage. Staff were always about and the gates that could only be opened with a key card made the hotel feel safe.

The drainage system wasn't great for the shower or toilet, but a very minor issue!

Standard continental breakfast with a few options. Coffee at the lobby was EXCELLENT. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The location was AWESOME.

The guy who checked me in at the front lobby on 08/12/2023 at 4:00pm, didn't make me feel welcome. No "good afternoon, may I help you?, the breakfast will be served at this place, this is the wi-fi code". I had to ask for EVERYTHING pretty much. Plus, he wouldn't stop starring at me. That was just rude.

This property is beautiful! So tropical with a gorgeous pool! The rooms were way larger than a standard hotel room. Great set up with toilet /shower separated from mirror/sink. Breakfast was fair! They have a hot breakfast but it was NOT good. Eggs tasted strange and the sausage Pattie’s were not good either. The waffle station was nice with topping if you like fruits. And of course you can’t go wrong with bagels & cereal.

Nothing really it’s a amazing hotel.

The breakfast was varied and delicious. I would like to emphasize that the staff is always trying to please us. The adorable girl who takes care of the Palm room area, where breakfast is served, is always around checking on us.

The elevador was broken.

Nice affordable hotel. Beds were really comfortable. Friendly staff. Husband enjoyed the hot tub spa.

Our room a/c wasn’t working very good so it was a little warm. But our fault because we didn’t complain since we weren’t in the room that much. Breakfast had lots of options but food was just ok, typical hotel offerings . Bathrooms could use updating.

Check in with Alex was efficient and he always has a friendly way about him. Breakfast was convenient and of course Louis was always making sure that everybody was happy and satisfied.

A second garbage can in the room would have been helpful.
