I love the fact that the hotel was close to the university we visited the staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was very good!

I didn’t like the fact that we had booked thru booking 2 weeks out and asked for adjoining rooms to find out we couldn’t get them even after I booked way in advance for them!! So I’m guessing the people that booked at the property gets first dibs at rooms versus people that book thru an online website like booking.com also on booking it shows check out at 12 but front desk just informed us checkout is at 11!! Someone needs to update these policies because it can be annoying!! Other than that the stay was wonderful

We were charged 2 times and the situation is still trying to be resolved. We paid in advance through Booking .com with PayPal and charged by PayPal. But the front desk required a credit card because they did not show it paid. Even though we had the email receipt proof. PayPal charged & my credit card charged. It still has not been resolved. We have stayed here a lot. So very disappointed In this happening. Someone owes me a refund. Card or PayPal or the motel

Nice room. Good location

It was noisy, which I guess is expected for a Saturday night. The breakfast was not as good as I had experienced in the past. For people who are used to the crap that most Americans eat, I'm sure it was fine, but RFK Jr. wouldn't have liked the choices.

The breakfast was very good. The people in charge were wonderful and start our day off on a high note.

We stayed there one night on our way to visit family in Texas. On our way home stayed another night there but was surprised to see a much higher bill. Not so sure I know why.our

Very nice, modern and clean. The room was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again if we are in the area. It was close to restaurants, stores etc. It even had a nice walking trail by the lake.

I like that this chain is relatively consistent from hotel to hotel. Stay in a few and you know what to expect. Comfort is essential, and that's what they do best. The breakfast has decent options to either eat there or grab and go. They offered 4 types of fresh coffee and pumpkin waffles while I was there. They had a snack shop with wine and snacks for purchase.

I just stayed in many Hampton Inns over a week's time. This was the only one without a microwave in the room. I am not a fan of sliding barn doors on the bathroom. There are no back ups on things like tissues. There's 2 in the box and they don't provide anymore.

Always a friendly and welcoming staff. And the rooms and property are always top tier comfortable and clean! I’ve stayed there several times previously and will be back in a couple of days. It’s the only place to stay!

Absolutely nothing that I can think of.

The staff was amazing, they upgraded our room at no charge to accommodate us with a first floor room/suite since my husband is currently using a scooter. They brought us extra bedding for the pull out sofa, so that our grandsons would be comfortable as well.

My grandsons said it was the best hotel they've ever stayed in, I don't really have any negatives.

Breakfast was okay; typical hot hotel breakfast. Was in a convenient location.

The price was more than I was wanting to spend, but since we were booking last minute and I wanted a pool for my daughter I chose this location. Turns out there pool was out of order.

The overall experience was great, the pool was warm. The breakfast was hot and filling. The beds were so comfy!

The one down fall was that the rooms dont provide microwaves. Going downstairs everytime made it a hasssle but staff was friendly
