I like the location. It made our trip less stressful because we were able to spend the night before our flight near the airport. They also kep our luggage ehich I sent via lyggage transfer.

I booked 2 rooms for the family but we were not given adjoining rooms. The reception had a lot of personnel but insisted on using the machine for checlin which gave us random rooms. The aircon in our room was broken. It is too hot. There is only 1 small pillow per bed and the pillow is hard. The breakfast ends early at 9am. Selection very limited. No fruits. I like the breads but the eggs were bleh.

I recently stayed at Toyoko Inn Chubu International Airport No1 and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and I got a great night’s sleep before my flight. Despite being near the airport, the room was quiet, and I wasn’t disturbed by any noise. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with check-in, transportation, or any questions I had. There’s also a nice selection of restaurants nearby, and the hotel even offers a good breakfast to start the day. Overall, Toyoko Inn Chubu International Airport No1 is a fantastic option for travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

The room smelled like cigarettes, I would’ve preferred my room to be non-smoking room. Other than that everything was good. The place is built with 7/11 convenient store on the 1st Floor which was nice.

The hotel is very close to the Airport. I suggest if you fly to Nagoya and arrive in the afternoon you should stay at this hotel or if you have an early morning flight you should stay at this hotel. It's the most convenience hotel ever. Reasonable room rate including free breakfast and airport shuttle service. I like their locker room it's the smart thing that the hotel provide for the guest . We can keep our luggage at the locker room before check in time and take the train to the near tourist spot without worry. The check in and check out process was incredible and easy. I love this hotel.

Regular shuttle service to and from airport. It is also connected by walk bridges so it is also walkable to airport. Room might be small but definitely adequate for a night's stay. 7-11 is just down at the lobby entrance so that is a big plus too.

Breakfast is really basic. I have stayed at airport hotels throughout Japan and this is really the most basic breakfast spread. However this is not a big issue for me as I can pop over to the airport using the shuttle service for a nice breakfast at one of the many food stands, restaurants.

It's an airport hotel, so what you're looking for is a bed and a bathroom. It had those. The room is small but fine. The super duper, unexpected treat was the skin care amenities pack you could pick up in the lobby. It contained 4 sample packs with cleansing oil, cleanser, toner and moisturizer. They were amazing. I may have taken a few more packs... The shuttle to the terminal was good. There was only minimal noise, and not from the airport but from other guests.

The bed was really really hard. I couldn't believe it was actually a mattress. I slept ok though. The "western" breakfast wasn't. Western that is. Again though, it was morning food that was included in the room rate so there's not much to complain about.

The locations and single room at Toyoko Inn were very good for the value of my stay, with the Meitetsu station and airport gates a short walk from the hotel. The 7/11 konbini a few feet from the lobby doors and the free locker room for guests as far away from the lobby greatly helped me to shed my bags for my first day in Nagoya even though I could not enter my room yet, as it was early in the day. In spite of being an English speaker, the staff were still very nice and helpful.

The only slight I would have on my experience was the limited options for breakfasts. However, it being free and the traditional limited culture of Japanese breakfast cuisine made this more than understandable.

Just a short walk from the airport, excellent location! Just what was needed after 30 hours of travelling. Room was very clean, good facilities nice shower. Room well equipped with tv, fridge, chairs and desk for writing at. 7 eleven next door which was great. Great variety at breakfast! Lovely member of staff indicated we did not need to rush as can coffee available until 10am (breakfast finished at 9am) Glad we are staying here again on our last night before travelling home. Thank you!

Nothing - everything was great.

Marvellous Breakfast Buffet. A good variety of fresh and cooked food items. Scrambled eggs tasted very well. Thanks for the unlimited fruit juice and coffee. Very tasty fresh bread buns. and rolls. Bouquet for the very efficient dining hall staff.

Live sports channels - completely missed the Japanese F1 GP races over the week-end. I am sure the Inn can pay for a cheap Japanese sports package. Doesnot need to be live - at least the highlights. Missed sitting on a bar stool having a cool beer in the bar and having a social chat with others

5-10 mins easy walk from the airport terminal 1/ airport train station. I pushed the luggage trolley from the airport to the hotel. Next day, put my heavy suitcase on the trolley back to the airport. Very convenient!

Breakfast time on the ground floor was really busy, it was full of people when I had my breakfast. The food was refilled and organised reasonably. It's okay!

Room was fairly large for my family of three (2adults,one 9yo).

1. The parking lot was full and has had long queue of waiting cars… Seems most parked cars were not the guests of the hotel. I had to pay expensive parking fee I originally shouldn’t have to pay. The hotel has to improve this situation. 2. There was so long queue for breakfast and the quality of the meal was not good
